stockdale, while I believe John could do a lot of good, I truly don't want our only money wasted (from the last placing) on an item that might never see it's pay back considering the circumstances. The CAPEX could break, not have the impact John thinks etc. so spending money which we need for other strategic purpose isn't really smart.

stockdale, do we know what the pay back of the compressor is? If it's beyond the current license, it should certainly be taken in consideration. The relationship has turned sour long ago and if I would be Slovenia, I would find a reason to not renew the existing license. Of course Colin could share those details with shareholders but I guess we will be kept in the dark as usual...

Not2sure, warran****cher, i think it's too easy to blame everything on the slowenian government and ARSO. As the CEO of a company, you are usually, amongst other duties, in charge to manage shareholder expectations. Many, including myself, believe(d) in the story and are sitting on massive paper losses at the moment while the company has been diluted to delirium... Sure, the potential is still there but will it ever be realized with CH at the top spot having disappointed shareholders numerous times? I'm here to see it...and hopefully make a return on my "once promising looking" investment.

stockdale, under "normal" circumstances i would agree with you... Anyway, we don't need more retail investors to move the company forward and the ii's give a toss about the current CEO if they really want the Co as they would bring their own guys in. So we are either stuck with CH and current state of affair or get some heavy hitters that will make changes on a lot of fronts. Monarch

stockdale, i just can't stand CH and his unprofessionalism. If he handled Slovenian authorities the same way he handled us shareholders, no wonder we are in this mess. The earlier he goes, the better it will be.
