First of all, this is most unusual territory for the price. I do not see anything in the economy that causes this except perhaps the devalued Pound causing international buyers to think twice (although this represents a double discount in my eyes). The liquidity boost promised by the BoE should reassure every level of the property market, starting down at the residential. Finally, I am not much of a chartist but the peaks and troughs of today's chart are rising from left to right.
I also luv Excel. I mean it. It is a great program but to start quoting it is a little cranky. It is like Rod Hull's Emu or any other dummy - it is manipulated by the user.
Haha, if I ask "can I buy you a drink?" of a focused sample of ladies, the evidence is compelling. I simply extrapolate those results over the entire female population and fold in some assumptions. Statistically sound, eh?
