Objective: To develop a technology derived from specific non-pathogenic skin bacteria that promotes wound healing.

Mechanism: The selected "friendly" bacteria possess novel features that encourage skin cells to migrate and help close wounds, supporting the skin's barrier function.

Budget: The total project budget is £100k, jointly funded by SkinBioTherapeutics and future grant funding.
