Dermatonics year end is certainly 31 January but that by no means their figures will be filed any time soon

I stick by what I noted we should have had more up to date figures than 31 August 23 before completion and therefore also should have known/did know whether said figures to then were massaged by reduced/nil directors salaries or whether the owner hadn't to that point taken a dividend in lieu of salary

it's called due diligence

most posters on here clearly haven't been involved in an acquistion/sale of a private company and unfortunately haven't a clue what they are talking about

SA and MR apparently are noted in their expertise in this area according to some here
