Earlier in 2018, Omnicom Health Group acquired Snow Companies, based in Virginia, who specializes in direct-to-patient communications. In Japan, Omnicom Health Group acquired the pharma communications business of Elsevier.

All I'm going to say is wait for the rns. Both of them points made are correct Spike. They have something as per rns. I will leave you to ponder on whether it is true or not. If you think they don't have anything perhaps you should sell and not take the risk.
Yep the earlier post is what I was told about the papers and obviously it doesn't mention that in the previous rns but it does however mention about the sectors they have in mind. So one would also think that papers are ready and once they have decide whats to go for they will sign the papers.
Spike anything posted on here should always be confirmed by DYOR. Hence why I said call and find out for yourself. Yes I spoke to the Ned who just confirmed what was already in the rns. Now he didnt mention the details of the rto but from the rns I believe it will be in the health sector. They only have a few weeks to update hence why the sp is rising. People are taking positions before the news.
If you look back at the rns its all pretty much there! Alan Syms joined the board his background is in Corporate Finance, IPOs and managing strategic change. Allan holds a PhD in Cell and Mollecular biology and has completed two postdoctoral research fellowships. Ask yourself why would he join if nothing happening.
Secondly in the June rns "The Group is seeking new investment opportunities in a number of business areas including the health sector" Notice how they actually mentioned health sector. Alan has a background in the Health sector they clearly have something and will imo take that route.
Drilling has been completed expect to get the 'daughter hole' (TOD-023D) results anytime now.
Test results in due course are expected to advance the conceptual mine design at Toral and potentially provide a first determination of the concentrate products obtainable for potential future sale to smelter operations. and then the parent hole results
The parent hole (TOD-023) has been sampled and the samples sent for independent analysis to potentially inform a JORC (2012) resource update for the Toral Project.
Also if you look through all the rns you can see the previous placing was in July 2018 for 563k and that lasted for 8 months this time they raised 960k in March which should keep them going until next year. They have sufficient money from the placing for resource and extra cash (800k) coming from the warrants. That is a total of £1.7 mil bare in mind money has already been spent on the drilling. Not sure how much they cost. But they still have a healthy amount going forward
