They are both on the board of mog and had a discussion about what to do with a comfort letter given to them by the Maltese government. BH said not to show it to LGO. Both testified that the Maltese government expressly stated that it wasn't to be shown to anyone outside of mog. Mogger

Please don't believe most of what is written on the LGO board. The post you have kindly copied is from someone who has not posted at all during the case. There have been only a handful of people at the court for all 3 days. And they have got to know each other pretty well( even if they have not been out to lunch together) They have been the one giving daily updates. Good luck to you, but there are people on all these boards that try to manipulate the ill informed. As I say again. Ask yourself why LGO needed to dilute to get £41,667 per month if the cash flow was so positive. Look at the RNS that quoted the £300k "post tax"and see in financial terms what is not included in that figure. Why, with the delay in getting the permits, did LGO not just bank it's huge monthly profits so as not to need further cash from YAGM. I think you wi'll find that MOG have cash in hand and are producing profits every month now that their gas is flowing again Mogger

Nomoney1, Have you done any research for yourself on either the CC or LGO? Do you just take it all from the LGO BB? It doesn't seem as if you are particularly well informed as to how things might progress for LGO over the next few weeks. How much money does LGO have in the bank for example? Enough to pay court costs? If costs get to the likely level of £ 0.5M before any judgment, is there any way, other than further dilution, that LGO will be able to pay? Do you know some of those on the LGO BB that have been ramping the share the most have derisked by buying MOG shares? Just have a look at the III website for MOG. Mogger

Im no expert on Italian case law so who knows. There are a couple of articles on the web by sites that normally take great pleasure in detailing MOGs woes that are stating that they think MOG actually have a good case. Lots of fingers crossed. In the meantime its time for me to lower averages.....again!

A little bit of good news.. "The Regional Administrative Court, as a precautionary measure, considers that the needs of the applicant are welcomed and appreciated protectable adequately with the prompt definition of the judgment on the merits, the date fixed by order of collegial discussion of the application on the merits ...". So the suspension request was not accepted but as the needs of the Medoilgas are considered "appreciable favorably and enforceable properly" next hearing on January 9. It's 'very likely to materialize what is written in the order, namely, that "the needs represented - also due to the complexity of the present case and the interests involved - can be adequately protected with the definition calls for the judgment on the merits." Hi there! Long time lurker on the III board. I started the registration process on that site some time ago but for some reason never finished it. It's certainly more active than this one and I especially like Eagle and your posts. Continually scouring the web looking for good news re MOG. It took a good few hours going through the court papers on Thursday and Friday nut I was partly disappointed with what I found. At least they didn't throw it out! Its good for MOG that they have support from Connfidindustra(sp) as they may have some good political contacts. I think I will try and re-register for the III site - and no problem with you re-posting my link

And despite the calls on the LGO board of "desperation" and falling into traps set by the LGO board, I think we have set the framework quite nicely. In choosing the legal team, we have gone for real quality. Although a dropping of the case would be a nice early Christmas present, I would rather have Guendalina or Ombrina Mare back to play with

The reason why the Italians are stalling is because since the last election the ministry in charge of granting the required licences is under new management. Andrea Orlando, the new minister, has been on various European commissions involved in finding sustainable energy sources. I guess he found himself in a difficult position when confronted with the signing of the EIA for ombrina mare. Although not a quick fix, the lodging of the case in Rome by medoil certainly shows their intent. Here's hoping for a quick response from the courts though
