Great find Don. This is the report that I thought would be released last week.

It's a great step forward and leads nicely into the next step of FDP/Sanction. There is a huge amount of interesting information contained in the report and its good to see the sensible readers have taken the time to read.

Perhaps you could pass on to Godders that if the information stated earlier today is indeed true about Dr Victoria holding shares, he should be aware that Under paragraph 19 of Schedule 1A to the Companies Act 2006 and under paragraph 19 of Schedule 2 to the Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act 2022 (“ECTEA 2022”), a share held by a person as a nominee for another is to be treated as though the shares are held by the true owner (and not by the nominee).
