please keep a watch on JR .i'm not sure he's speaking to me but one of his posts worried me yesterday .he's been a bit manic recently and I think he's having a stonking low now .he may need some help coping with this .these events can lead to clinical depression and this is serious .we don't want harm coming to him

I've been reading your posts and I really am worried for you mate .you are clinically depressed and this is really serious .just forget about shares for now . see a doctor straight away .if you are having suicidal thoughts you will be seen immediately . this is a tunnel you are going through and you will come through it I know but you do need some help here . just take this advice JR .

Appychap .that's the spirit mate .years ago I lot too much on Queens Moat .sold out for a few hundred .I bought myself a top of the range hedge trimmer with it .a neighbour asked me to trim his hedge and gave me £50 . then another and another.... loads of old brits around (i'm one now) . the point is with a bit of a disaster comes a bit of cerebral thought how to make it back .
