No doubt this will go down again now that the Yanks seem to think they're in recovery. How long will the rest of the world continue to support a bankrupt dollar. Wonderfull how we in the West still have faith in our politicians. Gold should go back up soon. GL
There seem to have been a lot of investors who are able to sell 50% of their shares and get a free ride on the rest. One can't blame them but it does mean the sp is dead in the water until they are all cleared. Still it does provide a good opportunity to add at a reasonable price!
I think a stop loss@ .38pmuch tt low IMO if this goes down to 2p it"ll bedtime bail out. I doubt if Obahma's Medicaid or Medicare programmes will make much difference either way. The greatest danger is from a competitor coming up with amore efficient or cheaper process.
If Obahma gets his way we should see a rise in the sp as the Medicaid bill should encourage more operations, although there is bound to be a considerable time lag. It would be nice to know how well sales are going in the rest of the world.
That the company have agreed a pay deal with the NUM without strike action is good news. In my experience nothing poisons good relations between employees and employer like a strike. Both parties should be congratulated on reaching this deal. It does demonstrate the negotiating ability of our BOD.
Nice to see that Salz is vindicated by the reinstated dividend. I'm very impressed with the management so far. I've not been too worried by the dividend, nice as it is to have, but bought this as a hedge just is incase the US dollar loses its attraction!
I wonder how many potential investors are put off by the cost of the apparent huge stated spread. At the moment with an actual reasonable spread, last sell yesterday 10.1p buy this am 10.9p. At this price I reckon this a screaming buy.
Very nice to see an amicable wage settlement With a two year life, to me this demonstrates a high class management. As a former TU official I have always believed that with goodwill on both sides a negotiated settlement benefits both parties, a strike poisons industrial relations for years and both sides suffer.
Sorry, and I wasn't even drunk Saturday! I meat, "how much is TIG likely to suffer from competition by Quindell? From the movement in the share price, not too much in the short term but if Quindell do pay a dividend next year I fear a large number of investors will be tempted to emigrate to Quindell.
