Fishsheds...I tripled my holding at 0.16, so yeah I did wait and bought in. I think the term is put my money were my mouth is.
Average prior to this was around 0.23 so I am a newish investor here but have done the research and that's why I added a lot more. The only reason I don't want it to go down further is because I don't have the funds to buy in. If I did I would be very happy seeing it drop as it's definitely going up in the next 6 months.
We probably should stop giving time frames to these moaners as all they seem to say is how it's not accurate and we lied etc. We know it to be true.
I'm happy with the positioning and everything. I wouldn't like it to drop further but I can also see from aim tactics that this isn't unusual. They drop it to pick up shares before news. Portland ticked it up and any engage announcement with actual value figures mentioned will rerate it. Patience is a virtue here but I'm confident.
Thanks FK. Everything looks like it's beginning to gear up for an IPO there. Either this year or 2019. Either way...we are going to make a fair amount of money on it!
As well as the other things.
Though if we take, PRIM, AC and JTF and total them up that's 52,779 so maybe they hold them but are classing them as PRIM. Potential for insider trading or something like that?
Just extrapolated them and total is 1,447,032 thought there's a few transfers that may have got mixed in. primorus is 49,395 but i've got it 52,093...So somewhere around the 50k figure.
Just been doing some calculations: We hold ~60,750 shares in Engage based on (400k @ 15 and 750k @ 22). which represents 3.6% of the company (Last RNS) making the total share size ~1,687,000. @ last funding round of £22/share this gives a valuation of £37m. Which considering the investment is likely to have gained a lot more traction it seems unlikely to have stayed flat. The minimum value for an IPO was 100m which takes the valuation of this investment to be ~6m. Thoughts/Corrections?
So a process where you email 1000 potential registered clients. Ask them a follow up question. Android/iOS/prefer not to say. Then get 200 is responses...boom client base for testing.
Really simple solve to an 'apparent' problem
Last mention of its value was when we participated and that value was 30m so unless things have gone tits up. There should be a valuation of at least 50+million. Hopefully the update soon will tell us more.
70+ and it's looking very good.
100+ long way off but potentially end of q4 or 2019 q1 just in time for the start of the new tax year. Haha
