Definitely THE RNS I'm waiting for and if it is positive I'm happy to hold until this is a full blown digital bank. Starling has worked very well for me. Never had an issue and i've never spoken to a person. Hopefully it is the same here!

We sold the majority of the holding not all, or so I'm led to believe. I think we still have a few million shares. Happy to be corrected.

That seems like a lot of 'sells' at the now middle price. Very little profit taking as the price very dipped that low.

Excellent investment there. Honestly, if AC believes in this then fair but considering the low value of UKOG...I would sell the profit only part of here and add to the ukog holding. Aim is a traders market after all.

Its only a £34k trade so not massive to swing the 550k we had there already. AC said he was surprised it dropped so much so was expecting them to buy more. Means I can sell mine now :-)

Bilbo Where does it say we spent as much as the investment cost on HHDL or Welsh Gold Mines?? I know there were a few cash calls but not to the value of 1mil. Plus we got the cash back to match our investment plus the shares on top. Bought for 500 Spending 500 Sold for 2000 plus assets Total profit 1000+ assets.

Wow I've not seen this much negativity for a while. How much more obvious can we make this to you guys?! The asset value is in pre-IPO companies therefore the true value of the company is only realised when the [IPO] companies raise more money or go for an IPO. Engage certainly has a value above what our average is and they were not planning on taking the company for an IPO for anything less than £100/share...5 x our investment. 1 asset doubles the share price. It's not an if. Its a when. I'm fairly sure everyone bashing the company hasn't met/spoken to the any members of the board to see the truth and reflection of the company. Or have you??

23rd Jan. Scroll to the table at the bottom. Next to Horse Hill there is a 5. 5 reads "three oil wells with productive and commercially viable zones." I think that's pretty clear. The table is present in most RNS statements so clearly you've just not been reading anything.

The kimmridge is commercial. It's been declared in every RNS this year. Portland definitely is and KL3 and 4 are both flow as well on natural flows. 100% commercial.

What are you talking about? Bringing up an asset that was sold (for a profit) over 12 months ago. Might as well reference the name change and disposal of the first lot of HHDL if we are bringing up the past. But oh wait. That was also sold...for a profit!. Board is doing well turning a profit. Engage are ramping up twitter/LinkedIn activity to get more publicity. Should be exciting when it finally drops.

A buy back would be one of these options I believe:
1) purchase the shares from the market and hold them in the treasury to be sold off when the company needs to raise funds - assuming the shares rise these would be sold at a profit - my preferred option
2) the shares are bought and then cancelled to bring the overall share in issue down. The share price would rise but the funds would not materialise any assets.

Option 1 is the best as we have something to show for it. Any sniff of the true value of Engage would be fantastic, don't know why any of these trolls on twitter/facebook/BB aren't blowing this one up. Ah wait it's because it's pre-IPO and they can't manipulate it.

Nice to see all this dropping might have been for a reason. Will be interesting to see if that means there is further support. For the share now

They've given us a fraction of the 16mil that was due in August 2018, then by end of december 2018. Now we are looking at May 2019. I don't quite understand why the board is letting them delay and delay. If this goes beyond the May deadline then it's probably going to fall through. Third time lucky I guess.

Disclaimer: I was invested here last year, sold on a spike following the delays. Still keep up to date with things.

It was the start of last year I think. The wording was we now only have an interest in hhdl through ukog. I emailed AC and got confirmation that SOLO and ALBA had been sold. I'd find the reference but I'm out at the moment and searching on your phone is a ballache. Mike
