Well said that the trust in the co is fractured. It is clear we have no issues with Placing but how it was done despite all we know.

What next??
How should we get an answer from Bill / BOD on this??
Dont know if we can place this question on AGM but i doubt TP will allow this with their motives

It is really the question of principles as i have been saying since morning . See the my reply below last night when questions were raised. I confidently replied as below. No doubt Kitall is certainly unhappy as he has been in touch with the Bod and la-behol Placing happens. We know we are going to move forward on this , but be-aware there is certainly a trust issue with UFO now , as PIs have been completely ignored .

I still insist there is good potential here and you know i have topped up today too.

I will bite by tongue for the words below which i am sorry in blind faith .

Schoolboy- You are correct- it appears no placing at-least over near future of say 4 to 6 months as we have 2 million in the banks. As we have heard from Max and Kitall - they are pretty sure sure and in the knowhow about this IMO

As they say ma be it would be one of the few chances to lad up below 1.75p in the next few days. i personally think there will be some temporary retrace at 2 p level and then upwards (in my Aim experience)

Dgr - good tactic whilst the SP is static to switch to ftse shares - take profit from them and back in ufo ( but hope we all get your fore-sight)

Yes we will be hit in the short term although good news in the long term

Steve- Thxs , thats what i thought - and forward selling is NOT possible.
Hope we get some good news before that so that there will be no mass selling on 30th NOV although i expect some shares are still sold for some Instos for instant profit All IMO

DGR - On balance , I Agree we dont often see PIs included in placing , but it is just the question of shareholder trust being shaken , having had a faithful Shareholders here , including some here directly in touch with Bill for regular updates.

Just makes you step back a bit and re-think for the future. This is especially when we had 2 million in the bank and novices did not even dream of placing.

Having said that I am all in for Ufo and its future potential and will keep adding on the dips. SP now slowly creeping up

All LTHs here - Most agree that placing is good me including , having started the journey here from 0.6p to 2.9p( throughout) .

But can anyone in the know answer few questions

Sipp and others- you were right about Placing
but Bill is not a lifestyle man - we have to take this as a softy on the chin and move on though as UFO has good potential

A bit disappointing that we were not given a chance in placing at 1.1 pence

- Also these large amount of placing shares will be on aim on 30th November - so i take it they cannot be forward sold. Can the SP drop by 30th Nov , then unless we have good RNS - me thinking???

As Bhargav and most of you have said here we have a gifted share with all the hallmarks of success including high grade Gold in the ground , Good Bod, highly reliable twin JVs and the perfect storm for PMs to thrive.

Moreover there are only limited number of shares in PMI and no possibility of further dilution.
What not to ask.

I would welcome anyone to suggest us any other share with so much to give. Happy to accept any suggested genuine negative aspects here, which we are still trying to find one.

Thxs to TA by Eldo , suggesting that 3rd strong Elliot wave to come based on the OMI fundamentals . What an opportunity to top up , which is going to pass soon and hope most have topped up at this amazing retrace gift . Once it gets going -it gets going All IMO

Given the current economic situation and days of M&As for mutual support and survival - it will be no surprise if Exxon offer comes in. (Having had an inclination in the past) .
But Looney also, as I understand has different plans to steer BP towards renewables gradually ( ie recent JV with Orstead ) . He may even be planning takeover of many small hydro dutch companies ie NEL) which are trending . Watch the space - as they say All IMO

Max , knowitall , steve , technicals and the team

i had the same reservations until recently when LSE site started playing up and shut for nearly 3 to 4 hrs every day at crucial morning hours making discussions impossible during these hrs. Also you can access tgram very easily like text wherever you are and post pics , charts without hindrance. - recommend it also , although lse board is good for detailed exchanges and research - in other words Lse and tgram are both useful

When did the directors of Nel buy at 52.3 ?? - it is now in that way a no brainer to buy at 22.

As tyson suggested, some discussion about other similar shares here should be no problem here.

Technicals and TKIA - good to know you have good TA/ charting knowledge with wave patterns , at least more than some here.
More info in this regard would be better to time our decisions here in UFO .

Technicals - If you wish , there was some illustrative discussion on OMI board yesterday for elliot-wave pattern which was helpful ( as OMi is in Ewave pattern - about to get in the start of 3rd wave i believe)- sorry not cross ramping.

Thanks for your useful posts. I am reading with interest on Nel and the others here and considering buying on the dips as dont wish to be spiked Lol

It is strange that most of the hydro company shares are not on London stock exchange although i understand they are currently regional .

Toneman- cmc spread bet platform appears good but i have not done spread-betting before.
May be it is reasonable to stick to HL at the moment .
