Yu is already courting II investors and raising its profile in this regard. Its no surprise new PIs are jumping in. Miton have increased recently also and majority of shares are held in sticky hands of IIs or mgmt. This has more to go because thinking past just the last 12 months, this was much higher. YU is stronger now than it was at the time of its investigation minus the div. This should be higher than even 250. Ignore the fact the jump has mainly come today and yesterday. I prefer to look at what the company is doing and looking at mcap

Yep. I focus on what the company is doing when I invest and the mgmt and size of debt etc. The SP will follow. Business energy retail will be a sweet spot as we move out of lockdown and covid

I strongly suspect Smartest will buy out Yu like they did Dual before too long. Yu will get the financial backing and keep its name and BK will remain. Disrupting the £35b market etc. and "scaling up" is fully set. Hope to see Yu as the B2B equivalent of Octopus (minus Kraken)

Free float is very low so quick potential upside here. With that said, no price available via Halifax for buying or selling. You need to call in.

UK Investor Magazine (online) and others now covering today's RNS. Good exposure. There will be profit takimg along the way but when you cast your memory back to just the last year, this was much higher when the business was not as a solid.

SP Angel mention more than once how reserved their forecasts are. YU exceeded their expectations this morning

It'd be interesting to see how this progresses tomorrow and further. I'm confident this will be alot higher than today as we move out of covid and the business grows. Will it be blue days for a while or more profit taking and then a slow and steady rise?

Their target is 207p. As today's RNS does the media rounds, I'd expect more PIs to see the value here beyond today's jump. More importantly is the focus now on engaging investors and scaling up from a sold base. More II buying like Miton is what I want.

I look forward to full year details now in March. Perhaps there will be more acquisitions by then that today's RNS states

I hope so to. Bk's last purchase was over 200p. Even though today Yu is hitting 52 week highs, this was much higher in the past and LTHs will know that. I'm a LTH and am looking to add more...

Also I suspect dividends to be part of the package for Yu Group perhaps in 2022. Diva were paid in the past and BK and mgmt would benefit also.

Miles beyter than even I expected. The reset in 2018 was working but this is atleast 6 months ahead of my expectations. Good cash. Legacy contracts gone. Diversified and growing revenue. Management in line with investors. Bodes well for the future. We're closer to the end of the pandemic than we are to the start.

Excess of £4.5m. Not bad. Hopefully Tekmar continues to benefit from offshore wind projects that are popping up globally....

I should add that for PIs, alongside SP growth, Yu would be eager to resume divs once profitable.

I'd be looking out in the update for level of reduction in energy usage, debt collection and cash levels. Not having any debt bodes well as does recent B2B book purchases.

Bodes well I hope for the update by end of Jan. Yu is a bit of slow burner but did the right thing in 2018 and has been going in the right direction since. Covid has given PIs other FTSE shares to jump on but Yu is much stronger now than it was in the past when the SP was much higher.

I suspect, eventually (within 24 months), Yu is taken private or taken over (by Smartest). Yu was listed to raise funds for collateral. That need no longer exists.

It's up, which is the main thing. Hopefully a recovery from here. If Friday was roughly the bottom them I'm happy.

If you believe this to be the case, then take advantage and buy in. I have. Petrofac's markets are tough right now. But today's SP is excessive IMO given the news and even the wider market atm.

Unfortunately the head office sale here is too small to drive anything. £7.3m from which a third has already been paid and the debt is still £91.4m. I think this SP got a bit of spike from 20p to over 30p just on hype. I'm waiting for the moment.
