Great news today. Group looking leaner and in better shape than previously thought going forward. As UK lockdown winds down but foreign travel is still on hold, I see a strong H2 for bus and train travel. £365 to £500m return is a big jump and at 41p a share, is move than 50% return on today's SP.

Why hasn't CEY sp tracked the rise in PoG? I see inflation concerns rise feeding POG but not CEY!? Only recent news has been, what has been shared, about Capitol and WA. Both are positive for CEY

Does anyone have any concrete information regarding the drop down to current SP and today's circa 15% rise? I've not seen anything to explain what has happened in the last week or so. Shorttracker shows last update as being Whitebox reducing their short on 12th July. Otherwise, covid cases are what they are but not to explain the big drop in SP.

I'm yet to see SP rise in line with rise in POG and other positive news. Anyone know a reason as to why? Update due next week from CEY

Yep for the rise in POG and increasing inflation etc, I'm surprised CEY isn't higher. Current SP is indicative of a much lower POG

Worldquant llc increased their short position from 0.49% to 0.55%. This was disclosed on 24th June and is lower than the 0.81% they had in April 2021. No other shorts reported.

I'm a little disappointed tbh at the PoG with global inflation figures pointing up. Basel 3 didn't much either albeit it is early days and so far only applies to Euro banks. Still, CEY has a world class asset in sukari, no debt and growth potential in WA.

I agree with audon, the $ up and POG drop has happened and PoG is at 1810 now... since Fed are saying interest rates are unlikely to rise until 2023, I see plenty of back and forth between now and then.

Gold is still a hedge for inflation, which is creeping higher globally and today the EU will be updating on this. I think its an opportunity to add here

I don't see any news since 1st June to explain the rise but then again I don't see the reason for the price to be as low as it is either. This is a growth company in a growing market for offshore/renewables projects. The last RNS was good IMO and the company's website shows a steady stream of positive client news.

If anyone has their report reasoning 82p, please do share. I think they forgot the 1 also. With the market talking up inflation atm, PoG hovering around $1900, the West Africa RNS today, Cey is looking good even after its recent rally

What did the market expect? Do you have forecasts? This looks like buy rumour, sell news. The RNS was very positive. I look forward to the trading update end of June.

Where do you get renewals info from? The RNS was for monthly.bookings being up 26% YoY
