The "Directors"if they want to show ,all investors confidence ,should take the opportunity to buy,after all they are major beniicios of this company .
Not just get shares free of charge.
They in total need to own 20%.
Then and only then is this company not open to hostile take overs.
I thought my pension fund was gone.
Although its in an Isa ,I live abroad and can no longer trade ,so if I was forced to sell ,could not re invest, due to goernment rules.
So a huge bonus getting rid of Endevour.
