Do we know Woodford's all out, or might he just have dropped below the 3% reporting threshold? I'm happy to admit I might have missed that announcement if there has been one.
In any case, the selling he did/is doing has both spooked investors and offered juicy bait to shorters. Add the retail meltdown into the pot and you have enough reasons for this being well oversold, IMO.
The fact that, until now, NRRs very intelligent occupation of the retail convenience and value niche, their wet-led pub portfolio cum property development line and their asset management capabilities have protected them very well from the sectors ills seems to have been missed by most retail property investors.
With a market cap of £453m and an enterprise value of £928m this looks like a very interesting contrarian pick. But DYOR, obvs.
