Can some one please tell me WHY would anyone buy shares that are about to DE-LIST ? * How will you sell your shares after De-Listing? Genuine question.

Is company saying today $2m cash will take them through to mid-April ? What happens then ? What would be the expected financing / placing price?

Think it means 8p by Fri / Mon, may be higher.

Another 8 days before 1st March firm Offer deadline. Would expect this to start moving towards 10p soon.

MTR and PJ realise that currently Thor is significantly undervalued, so do I. Price has been pretty stable despite some Warrant holders flipping. Lot of upside here both near and long term.

Not an issue. Can open an international trader account to hold your NWF shares if you really need to. Barclays offer it. Think TD direct also offer something like that. Besides not many might be looking to hold NWF shares long term. Some might, but think most might bail out around 9.77

Due to the low number of shares, a run up in price here could be Very significant, when it moves.

Ok thanks. Had a quick read and noticed that Fully diluted offer price still equates to 9.77p Either way seems current price is trading at a significant discount to either 9.77 or 12.7p offer price even after adjusting for NWF rights issue.

MMs using wide spread to disguise Buys as Sells.....typical. Oldest trick in town. Don't be fooled. MMs want to collect as many cheap shares as possible before marking them higher. That's their model.

Is 12.7p the Offer price ? Guess they just waiting for Approvals.

Looking at the high volumes over past week, would think all warrants already flushed through. Notification lags by a few days though.

Approx 12.5m warrants have been exercised. On ASX they term them as Options. Warrants being flipped as they are in the money. Offset is more CASH coming in bank. Market is just absorbing these extra shares from exercise of warrants. It's a temporary adjustment, pretty normal stuff. Buying opportunity / lower entry at the same time in my opinion.

Quick profit taking by few folks I think. Never mind, multiple news flow in the pipeline. Think MTR would be on it again at this price....this is way too cheap considering all the assets Thor has on the go.

REE component at Kapunda takes Up overall Kapunda deposit to much higher valuation in my view.
