Tony, Yep. That would make lot of sense. Also new Executive leadership at the Top now want to make sure good governance is in place from such things recurring in future. Since Mike Buck appointment as CEO, he has had to deal with so much beaurecracy. He is in the process of implementing good market practice to bring Mongolia at 'Par' with developed market governance regulations, which is vital to redeem investor confidence. Both Mike and Enkhmaa will steer MATD to a much bigger & respected Explorer & Producer for coming decades.

Fundraiser, This is great news. She is stepping down from MATD board as she was "non-Exec" director with not much say in day to day running of the company. Her 12m holding has already bought up by PI now.

She was a "Non-Exec" director with only 12m direct holding in MATD. She had to sell that 12m before stepping down. That explains the 4m and various other 1m trades. She must be done with her 12m holding, hence now the RNS.

SuperRoty, Nice top up mate., Lot others also took advantage of these low prices while they last. Noticed some on the sidelines also jumped in. Lucky them for getting in on such a low price. Lot of large buys today also. Any Sells just got mopped up real quick. We could be turning the corner here.
