Funding is not all bad and needed to grow companies....agree.....BUT It is the size of Discount they use in placings is what PIs get shafted on.

yeah...thats all good, but they need funds to pay for JV into the proposed licence. Its NOT free.

I took a position here 2 days ago on Ghana....which will have its own delays.

Cabinet has yet to receive petroleum agreement from CLON before they can review it....how long that takes is anybody guess?

As an investor here, I want to know where are the FUNDS going to come from for this proposed Lithium JV?

They only had £433k cash at 31 Dec 2017 (9 months ago). Annual admin costs are approx £230k.

You think, they will JV in with just £200k cash upfront and have NO funds left to run the company?

Wrong again mate. I was one of the very few who warned about placing at TOOP when others were ignoring it....but was shot down as expected.

AIM is littered with companies with YA, Bergen, type funding deals with share price trapped for ages.

NEWMONT and OMI totally different story....rare success on AIM.

Yep. Almost every time I have added here, had to pay higher price as can never buy any at the desired price.

Got 150k yesterday at 8.48, 8.64 and 8.9 just to secure stock...coz when this Gold Nugget starts to motor ahead, will be very difficult to buy any decent Qty with regularly going to NT to buy.

Still hold there, but had scaled down a bit.

With oil always a risk.....hit or miss !

Gold is always the safer Hedge. At Anza we seen the massive gold grades which attracted Newmont in the first place.

These Gold majors only go for Multi-million oz deposits.

Current low MCap does not remotely reflect the massive grades seen so far and with NEWMONT taking over the drilling. This is significantly undervalued Vs peers given that OMI is now fully funded to production by Newmont.

Re-rate has just started. With drilling coming up soon major price moving catalysts are yet to come. Just 10% area tapped into so far with some Mega gold grades reported.

....covering 200 sq.km.

Mega High grades from just tapping into APTA from only 10% of the land area.

Charascalla is 3x the size of APTA. Only 5 holes drilled at Charascalla have revealed high Gold grades so far.

Newmont should pick up things from here. Drilling to commence soon.

WH is next....they clearly said, staff on ground preparing for Rig arrival after it has finished operations at SL.

Its all in the RNS.

I totally get it that the suspense at SL is like Alfred Hitchcock thriller......do we have oil / or do we not?.....how much?.......do we have oil shows?......over how many metres? etc. etc.

It starts to get to us....We all want a verdict on SL, one way or another, so we can get on with the 5x bigger WH.

Current situation is simply holding share price hostage and trapped around 8p....which seems like forever.

Hopefully in a week or so, we should get the SL verdict.

I never take credit....just share things for the wider forum. I will always have my critics, but that does not bother me.

Credit where due....EyeGuy is the poster who highlighted most of the early excellent research....rest of us just built on it.

Its never exactly as perfect like that......MMs use price differential to arbitrage (taking FX rate into account), picking shares from one market, and selling to other, via internal trading books.

All demand driven.

I know it coz we used to do for Equity traders, while i was a trainee in my early years.

London is driving volumes....TSX just play catch up on small volumes compared to London.

Afternoon burst in Price suggests to me, MMs willing to take it higher and revisit 12-13p range in coming days.

Very similar to the previous run up from +9p to 13p.....will find out soon.

£12m MCap is way too low.....

Market will play catch Up sooner or later.......it always does.

Obviously would be very nice to get an Oil strike on the first drill at SL.....will find out soon.

One way or another lot of folks on sidelines waiting to get in for Wild Horse....so sooner we get results, the better.

Sharing some of that research / info will always be repititive.....happens on every share. OMI no exception.
