RE: Polx /Philips12 Nov 2025 16:32
A few of the folks here keep going on about de-listing tomorrow, next week repeatedly?? using selective text from the 22 Oct RNS... ???
They said transition from Public to Private company structure as one option available if needed. They will need 75% votes for that.
If however some breaking news / RNS lands and MCap jumps 10 folds then there will be NO need. They can raise at much higher share price by end of March 2026. Fully funded till 30 June 2026.
Company is frustrated coz current MCap £1.65m is a joke and well below Cash in the bank. POLX is still generating annual revenues compared to other AIM companies with NO sales but MCap 10 x of Polarean.
Far too much Scaremongoring been going on by one or two posters here for over a month now.
Shareholders do NOT lose their shares if company converts to Private Limited Company structure. They keep same no of shares as before. Just that you cannot trade freely every day like some Hotshot traders who live on their 10% daily profits
While transitioning to Private Limited Company structure, it's still business as usual on Sales, Marketing fronts for management with lot less scrutiny from regulators and AIM listing costs etc.
Shares can still build in value under Private Company structure until management decides to relist on AIM or NASDAQ or maybe both with Dual listing.
Please do your own research. Good luck all.
