Market is bit crazy at the moment. This could more than Double when news comes in. Deal already Agreed in Principle. Just waiting for legal wording to be ironed out.

0.70 -0.75 should be achieved easily soon after legals are sorted.

Another way I look at is....we raised enough cash now, albeit at 0.30 but still plenty of cash with last 3 placings.
So don't see any more surprise placings for quite a while.

Drop the good news now and get a proper re-rate.

Institutional investors are no mugs putting up $1.6m if they did not get the heads up. My own view is the deal is done, otherwise these boys would not have come on board.

But institutional investors would not have paid $1.6m on nothing. Wish he had done placing closer to 0.4 and not 0.30 again.

Agree with you.

Some of you do not realise, these are not normal times. Everything is taking longer especially when you dealing with Govt departments and courts etc due to staff shortage as a result of Covid 19.

I had to wait 3 months for a reply to a query sent to the Tax man.

We know the past. I understand the pain some of you gone through. But things now happening at a pace not seen before. No body wins if licence gets expired. EssarM also realised that hence were drawn to the table for a settlement deal. That is why I invested here. I'm looking at beyond just this or next week.

Placings been done to pay off creditors and wages, etc. So many companys get into trouble with Debt. COPL being debt free would be a big plus in my books.

Just an observation.
Both previous placings had warrants issued with exercise price at 0.39....could it also be those warrants have been also converted into shares and Exercised last week bringing in another $731k in cash?

Around 150m @ 0.39 × 1.25 fx = $731,250

Despite today's news little frustrating, I think we should get news soon and all should become clear.

I personally think Art M could be getting the house in order. Get debt paid off so no overhang or drag on future price. Institutional investors coming on board is a very strong sign that things about to move forward.

We will soon find out.

Agree 100%. All positive for me. Happy to wait for a proper re-rate that has not even started yet. Hopefully soon after deal is signed off with all legal jargon sorted. Need to get legals right which would define the future years.

If oil giant TOTAL just got together $14.9 Billion financing sorted for a project costing $20m total cost but valued at $60 Billion in Northern Mozambique, then COPL 57% licence in the South Mozambique must have good in-built value despite nothing done on in yet. How much would COPL fetch if they sold it as it is????....would have thought a fair chunk looking at TOTAL project values in northern Mozambique.
