What we are saying then is that this rise is on the back of something that AZ and SYME have said they are GOING TO DO as opposed to something they have ACTUALLY DONE...so in that respect this rise is no different from all the other rises that have gone before it.

If and when AZ does deliver on something tangible (for shareholders as opposed to him and his mates)I will be as happy as the next man but in the meantime I suggest you stick your "God Candle" where it wouldn't normally belong and then the sun really WOULD shine out of your backside - wouldn't it?

...with just a grain of sense will know to treat the current rise with extreme caution as it is on the back of no news whatsoever. Maybe SYMES re-alignment from platform provider to funder/platform provider will bear fruit - maybe not , maybe it will be a case of re-arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. AZ is a maverick and he may still conjure up some sort of illusion that looks like a viable business proposition - and if that can get the sp out of the basement all well and good but in the meantime time long term holders can be forgiven their cynicism and will weigh all the ifs and buts against AZ's less than spectacular record on delivery and erstwhile lack of jurisprudence ...

oh and by the way - that is not negativity , it's objectivity.

Obviously there must be a legal requirement for the company to make this ridiculous and laughable announcement but do they really have to say that they are "pleased to announce" ...

... they should tell it like it is and say "we are actually quite embarrassed to have to announce.. "

I think the price will be the same as it is today , next to nothing and I think the chances of this becoming a success are slimmer than ever , not that I'm complaining - you don't back an outsider and then expect it to win - you just HOPE that it might. I think it is possible that AZ , the great Illusionist 🧙‍♂️ may still have a few tricks up his sleeve but I certainly wouldn't bank on it ...it will be harder for him now though as his credibility is on the floor , most people have woken up to the fact that he is all sizzle and no steak.

I would have thought that all self respecting clowns should know by now to treat any SYME pronouncements with some considerable caution 🤡

In the normal run of things - the holding of an AGM would NOT be considered as news , the fact that in the case of SYME it IS considered to be newsworthy tells it's own story.

If ever SYME manage to transact some meaningful , ongoing , sustainable business...now that really WILL be news!

...nor would I assume that just because accounts have been submitted and our suspension lifted does it necessarily follow that good news is imminent (uh oh , not the "I" word again)

I am not a mind reader and I don't know what AZ has planned , there may well be some good news incoming but will it be good news about real deals done or fake news about proposed deals that , just like all the others , will slip through the fingers like so much sand , let's not forget AZ seems to specialise in illusions ...a few more twists and turns on the SYME helta skelta yet me thinks...

AZ has spun us one yarn after another and so far NONE of them has ever had a happy ending...

Now he is going to peddle the BURU SYME link as the next pot of gold at the end of the next rainbow and how do you think that will end?

If he can convince enough punters that this is the real thing then there is scope for a significant rise in the sp - but the chances of long term success seem as remote as ever.

no date for AGM announced just yet and for those not wanting to attend in person - the proceedings have previously been covered remotely via a firm called "Investor meet company"

...sooner or later - for this to succeed - AZ will have to do some ACTUAL business as opposed to more FUNNY business.

There may be news on the horizon but what kind of news?

Good , bad or fake?

What was yesterday's rise due to?

Getting out of a suspension that never should have been allowed to happen in the first place?

Some vague idea that NUBURU is a knight in shining armour riding to our rescue?

...or was it just the madness of crowds and traders filling their boots?

Let's see how it pans out 🤞

IF , and I do mean IF , the suspension is lifted - there is no obvious reason to think the sp will rise by any significant amount. Having said that - there is such a thing as the "madness of crowds" and AZ may release some "news" (which will probably be a concoction) at or around the same time so who knows 🤷

Obviously getting the suspension lifted is good news in itself , if it happens , but one might argue a more prudently managed company would have avoided any such penalty in the first place.

AZ may well still have a few tricks up his sleeve but I will be surprised , and very pleasantly so , if that results in anything that looks long term and viable...

.. never cease.

I did say a few weeks ago that I wouldn't bet against us coming out of suspension but I also said that may well be part of another AZ ruse as opposed to any bona fide progress on the business front - so an artificial pump in whatever shape or form is a distinct possibility.

AZ has said he will be applying for the suspension of trading of our shares to be lifted , hopefully he will do just that - but he HAS been known to say he will do this that and t'other in the past but ACTUALLY ends up doing nowt - so let's just wait and see....
