Harley , like so many other petty fanatics that have come and gone from this board , tries to paint everything black and white because that makes it so much easier for his stunted little mind to comprehend. He claims to know who is and who isn't invested but of course he knows no such thing - he just assumes...he doesn't know who is invested or when they invested or for how much , he can only see in monochrome , he doesn't do colour , he doesn't get nuance , he has no subtlety, he cannot see past the end of his oh so long nose...he is just another nameless , faceless Oaf trying to big himself up on an anonymous board , a nowhere man , a nobody , inconsequential and of absolutely no real worth to anyone....mind you that is just my impression of him and I could be wrong because I am human and falable and of course I could be wrong so I always try to keep an open mind ... you should try it sometime , you might learn something.

A number of posters seem quite keen on encouraging people to "ignore" or "forget" the past - but I think to do so is folly. Even a brief look at AZ and SYMEs history will tell you that while SYME are almost constantly -on manoeuvres- they never seem to get us anywhere and while they may be of some benefit to AZ they have brought no joy whatsoever to shareholders. It's just a matter of common sense and perspective , I hope the BURU/TEKNE/SYME alliance does get us somewhere but as far as I am concerned if you weigh it up against SYMEs track record it is very much a case of - I'll believe it when I see it - ...

To be fair , what you describe as the "negative crowd" is probably just push back from largely genuine investors , like myself , who takes exception to the blatant ramping we have had to endure since day one...

IF and I stress the word - IF - BURU succeeds in it's attempt to gain a controlling stake in TEKNE - it would still take an awful lot of boxes to be ticked for SYME to benefit from that in any way and a considerable leap of faith to believe that it will - and remember long term investors have seen any number of innovative schemes come and go with nothing to show for it but a catastrophic decline in value.

Now , if anybody wants to take a shot at it at these prices , good luck to you , fill your boots , they're practically giving them away now so why not if you think it's got a squeak.

The thing is most of us have been invested for some considerable time already and your comments come across as somewhat patronising but good luck to you anyway , be you British , American or a full blooded Mongolian ...
