It just seems to me that some support SYME in the same way one might support a football team and cannot bare to have their beloved heros criticised in any way which , in my view at least , is both pathetic and funny but then there's nowt as strange as folk is there? 🤷

In so far as the news re the auditor goes it does feel like we are celebrating a goal deep into injury time when we are already 10-0 down ... that said , it does seem reasonable to suppose that SYME MAY have disclosed positive information to the new auditor's that they are not in a position to disclose to us and we can only hope that is the case.

I would just like to add that it should be possible for investors like myself to express genuine opinions about the company without being shunned or labeled a "hater" and furthermore - a lot of us will be holding not because we 'have the stomach for the ride" but because we are so far down it would be daft to sell while there is even the slightest chance that this could turn.

What is your reasoning for thinking that the business is going to "gradually gain traction" when it hasn't done so in the years to date and can a business be deemed to be "on the road to recovery' when it has never really been up and running to start with. I would like to see some flesh on the bones as to the thought process that leads you to think we are on the brink of 'growing revenues and earnings"

I have all but given up on this and put it down as a bad bet and the fact that SYME have managed to procure the services of an auditor(Glory Be!)hasn't changed my opinion , although it has to be said , it IS very good news. All it is doing for now though is keeping the wolf from the door , SYME still need to come up with the goods!

...well we've seen a decent spike today but he will have to conjour up a few more like it before most of us get anywhere near breaking even...I continue to hang on in hope , rather than expectation ...

A lot of knee jerking this morning from the usual suspects , we have an auditor , that is great to see , whatever happens an auditor is a must but I would suggest people try not to be blinded by positivity or negativity but instead try a little objectivity, we are still in a very deep hole with a mountain to climb.
