Yes , it may have been Amar , i wasn't sure if he was saying his name or just clearing his throat but what IS clear is that he is CLAIMING to have done a deal , not just been offered a deal but DONE a deal , of course i cannot say if it is true but that is what he is saying , i didn't hear him say i was offered a deal and then decided not to accept it , it may well be that-that is the case but that is not what he has said.

One says black , one says white ... we get grey and as ever - it's as clear as mud.

I think if you are a person who is disposed to worrying - or if you have an interest in encouraging others to worry - then you will make an issue of the CLN's.

However if you have the vision to look past that and weigh up the considerable potential of the company to flourish on multiple fronts then you are going to want to get involved.

I wouldn't go as far as to say the CLNs are a red herring and they may well be a drag on the sp to one degree or another but it's not enough to put me off investing. If i was inclined to worry to THAT degree - i would never leave the house.
