Sentiment in ARB is already shot and with BTC crash underway this will compound the negativity and we could see some sub 100p prices next week.

Not sure this is a very logical approach.
You have options.
1. You can sell at a loss now and could possibly watch it fall lower and buy back in
2. You don't have to just sit back and watch it recover and do nothing about it.
You can buy back in. It doesn't look like the SP is going to spike up anytime soon with the way that sentiment is, so you would have plenty of time to get back in.
There is nothing wrong with damage limitation.

Got in on 11th feb at 133p.
Sold some on spike at 325p
Held onto the rest until last week and then started offloading sub 220p as I realised the shorters had got a firm hold of the share + the decoupling from BTC price so decided it might be best to follow the CEOs lead. Should have sold everything at 249p as a few here did a couple of weeks back.

This probably isn't the lowest point though.

Buy lower imho.
No fun watching profits diminish. This stock will recover but only when sentiment for the market does.
There will be plenty of time to get back in at a lower price and no FOMO.

We have already achieved the 50% retracement today to approx 175p... what happens next.
Typically a stock would recover from here or sink to the next support level - 62% retracement? Is there a gap down to 150p?

Shorters can do what they like with an SP if the sentiment in a stock is weak and the volume of transactions is low.
Thats when you get treeshakes and sustained price decimation. Thats when the SP is not reflective of the true company's worth.

Yup when shorters get a grip on a share they can really decimate the SP. But they can't decimate the value or worth of the company.
