Do we know what approx percentage is held by existing board and PIs,? Surely either by attempting to acquire majority control a premium over existing price is how by to have to be paid either by pushing price up via natural slow acquisition or by speeding up process via direct offer? Or am I missing something? Market not reacting till more known. Miss G

Any thoughts? Regardless of outcome to any of this,,, it's good the potential of Redstne is now being recognised. I hope the management team continue to build in the momentum because it's positive momentum we need Miss G 😉

If thats me... then we're still here... Then I've never considered myself a "doom monger" ... rather a realist. Encouraging news - more of the same please! Miss G

Whilst encouraging that Hambro have increased (on 8th) I can't see anyone prepared to pay anything like £5 for a company if this size. Just look around at what you can buy for a fraction of that ... or even current level ... Still believe the consolidation has killed liquidity and will be a long slow climb back to £1.5 and then if we're lucky £2. But will also require very strong trading results ....which we're not getting any real confidence of. The drop is due to board PIs finally capitulating.... which is probably what the management would prefer... they would far rather only have to deal with IIs versus us pesky smaller shareholders. And remember... they principally see the SP as a fund raising vehicle which is easier to exercise at £1 something than it is at 1p levels. Let's hope MB is working very hard behind the scenes and if reading these boards from time to time could throw some news our way to support SP. £1 is an important support .... Miss G
