My guess is that it will be 500:1...tho this cheeky so and so might try higher😱. Those on averages greater than 1p will face near wipe out.

It focusses the mind..or should do ...on one’s timing ...what with all these big contracts on the way and all....

That was the question I was just about to ask you 💎 ...but you’ve answered ....they need around £10m of new wholesale business before March 2019 to get close to break even....🤔

They simply do not have the funds to make any significant impact in the direct market. Been there, done it ... 😳

Good grief Special One. You really do miss the point.

1. It is highly, highly ... based on what I read in the prospectus on strategy and the fundamental financial position that they will be doing well to still going in a year,,,, let along 3! 😂

2. Is this business unique? Seems to me not... same characters, same proposition, same flawed start up strategy, but please tell me what this business USP is ? And how sustainable is it? Assume you’re not a wholesaler but the direct customer they now must generate and you’ve never heard the name “Toolple” ... what key words are you using on search to find them?

3. I’m not hurt. I’m cross. Cross that unscrupulous individuals get away with this. It does matter ... it ruins lives.

No matter how many times you repost your 11 points (is it 5 now? ...🤪) I’m not going to respond to each ...suffice to say that Diamond pretty much responded to your point 11 and thus pretty much countered most of your other points.

I don’t know the terms of DB payment (It appears to be interest free ...God, interest would be some kick in the teeth on top of this!!) but read the Prospectus. I’m getting the impression you haven’t. It tells one everything they need to know about where they see the business opportunity and what will be required to be successful... the significant risks are also very clear laid out.

I accept your points on start up businesses and appreciate your sector experience. But this is / was DB’s third attempt (I think)...you’d like to hope they would have got the strategy right by now...and not after blowing the start up funding on a flawed strategy from the outset?!

We’ll need to just disagree I’m afraid Bill... I hope if you’re currently in loss, there will be some sort of “contract win” that might cause a short term spike and you get a chance to take whatever action you consider right for you.

So...i’m currently wading my way through this document. Section D : Key risks associated to business strategy should be particularly mind focussing for most.

One thing that leaps out to me is the current market positioning and the desired repositioning to drive significantly increased numbers of direct customers (more profitable) I further note that the current largely wholesale customer base consists of one generating 50% of the revenue (= big risk). ...

A perfect storm in the making vis a vis:

“The ability of the Group to become profitable is highly dependent on the Group significantly increasing its direct customer base which is dependent on a number of internal and external factors of which there is no guarantee will occur”

And...
”whilst the Group’s wholesale customers are not a strategic area of growth given the low gross margins of the wholesale business, in the early stages of the Company’s development, a significant reduction in wholesale revenues could have a material adverse effect on the Group”

To drive significant numbers of new direct customers requires a strong brand: awareness + relevance . At some point to achieve this, a significant amount of cash will require to be spent on above the line “awareness” B2B marketing to support / drive their digital and e marketing campaigns. I note that the current CPA (cost per acquisition) is anywhere from £40 - £90. This is very high, in my experience. An acceptable CPA for effective digital campaigns should be in the region of £20. I base this on two sectors where I had responsibility for marketing strategy : banking (consumer savings inflow and business telephony / mobile communications).

Upshot: they’re going to have to get a whole lot smarter with their makering efforts. There is undoubtedly market potential but it is going to be very expensive to penetrate such a competitive market place and retain customers through effective loyalty / retention marketing programmes. Thus, in addition to DB taking his whopping “loan” payment in March next year... they are going to have to spend a significant percentage of this placing money, pretty quick, on marketing ...over and above the cash burn to date = the money won’t last long!

I urge potential investors to carefully read this document - aside from the business financial questions set out by Diamond, it presents sobering reading on the scale of the challenge to successfully penetrate the market they are seeking to now attract. It’s all there is black and white.

Not one of us but could quite possibly have been a young chap called Silver. He was given false information and confidence by DB off the chat board. He believed it and threw everything at it. Stupid you may say but many
smart people have moments of weekness and he had big dreams fuelled by DB assurances. I believe it nearly killed him. Some of us here kept in touch with him to try and see him through the darkest times

And so maybe some might understand why I post here and not in the countless other boards where this happens. It galls me to the back teeth that DB walked off Scot free (huge payoff to get rid) for him to be able to
repeat the near same move here... and be facilitated to do so

I have nothing personally against AH beyond the fact he has no personal financial risk attached to this venture...but It is surely highly questionable that he has supported the same game plan here right down to DB being paid a whopping £577k next year. How is that in anyway justifiable when the company is / was on its knees financially ? Surely a confident CEO would be able to negotiate better terms a d surely an individual who thought ithe company would be a huge success would to oblige and profit greater in the medium to long term?

Nobody here has yet given a plausible answer ?

Couldn’t agree with you more Diamond. COMS was the first share I put a fair amount into (£10k). But remember poor ole’ Silver? Heartbreaking, I sold a chunk on the back of the open offer at 0.5 on the rise to 2.0. Still hold some in the now SMRT... 50% loss . 🤪 I should have followed you when you transparently left the scene. It’s a completely different proposition of course now and Frank at the helm is far more focussed on profit. It has a fair chance of success but we’ll see. I didn’t like the consolidation one bit .10:1 maybe, but 100:1 😡.. that’s what I also think is a big red signal for folks here too. I can see that one coming down the line.

I don’t do `twitter. Remember DB on Twitter ?!? ..... if anyone coined the phrase “too many tweets make a t**t, he did 😂).

I have never had any doubts in this share ridden the wave ... and have held for 5 years! Particularly because that nice man Mr Masterman (with a particularly good head of hair 😉) is so heavily invested himself. I’ve been trying my best to explain this imprtant factor in any stock to the dim on other boards).

We will do well here, I have little doubt... the plan is evidentially coming to get on time (ish) and to budget. For transparency, I have £XXk in here at an average of 0.6 ...first target 0.8 and then long term hold and see where it goes. A wise man once said to me TTFPWYC and “let your winners run”. Is shall try to do both here.

Exciting times for all long timers here.

And I’m enjoying hearing how the chaps are getting in out there. Slainte! 🍸🍸

Daaarling Mr Dods. I wasn’t avoiding a direct answer but I’ve said before (have no great desire to repeat myself)...and sadly, angry chaps can’t seem to believe .... that I have a genuine desire to see the more innocent on these boards (accepting that all are or should be grown ups wise enough to make informed decisions about their hard-earned) parted with serious amount of cash on the back of blatant rampers. I’m pleased actually that some did heed some “advice “ pre the shocking placing....

It’s difficult enough for people to make money on these boards ...by far the great majority of people do ... until the point they’ve lost out considerably. I wish there had been more people like me prepared to share experience (and in the case of Mr Diamond particularly, wisdom) when I first started out reading these boards, getting over excited and dragged in. Now I make a lot more than I ever lose ...and when I do “ loose”..it’s not through stupidity and rarely costs me a lot.

It’s really that simple. You can believe what you like....I say again (and only cos you force me to) that there are plenty of people on these boards who “know” me, have met me and entirely appreciate my motivations. Some maybe too arrogant to accept it ...but that says more about them then it does about me.

Now I hope that is clear enough for you...please don’t encourage me to be naughty ...you’ll only end up all upset and I have no desire to hurt your feelings.
