Very very few oil companies publish any maps pre discovery

Partly it's in case they want to extend the play, partly to avoid embarrassment. Phillips66 never published the original map of Ekofisk for something like 25 years - because it was SO wrong it was hard to believe - but they lucked out and found a zillion barrels of oil.

no-one has ever shown its possible to short small UK oilers - one guy did over on UKOG about 3 years ago but it turned it it was spread betting - and they ate him for breakfast

I agree but the day traders will start buying now as they know there won't be a big raise until after Basur3 reaches TD (assuming nothing goes wrong). Also the Company isn't going to go bust until they can extract the £1.3 mm not being used for Turkey from the Company to fund their wages.

It's unlikely to crater in the next 30 days which is a life time for the ramp squad on here

ocelot - in less than 2 years the number of UKOG shares has gone from 6.9 Bn at 0.85p a share to 15.9 Bn at 0.18p that's a dilution of almost 2.5 in share numbers and complete collapse of Market cap

Is that they raised £5mm but that only pays for Basur 3 and the seismic - in other words any further drilling means more dilution folks.

People on here who pointed out a big raise was necessary were rubbished constantly by Danpoe, Tollesbury Stu, Ocelot, Tony, TH2 , wizard, zoom, insidious and the rest of the ramping gang

From next week should increase, and we should see HH going back up to 3 tankers per day. I expect our price could go up to as much as 4p in the next 3 to 4 weeks. IMO.

They're taking a hell of a risk by waiting to raise more cash - if there are problems drilling (think Solo), testing (Angus) or the results aren't stellar (Broadford Bridge) and believable) they'll be sunk
