You asked yesterday about the TW bearcast. Just been able to listen. He has seen the email extract that has been doing the rounds. He says he called GM and that GM told him the 'call the administrators, excerpt referred to calling the adminidtrators of a one of the trials. Take that as you will. I haven't see the full trail. Others have. I post simply as you asked about the content

I don't know him personally so can't comment. It seems though that we need some form of investigative capability to drive a response. If not that avenue then whom would more informed posters than myself suggest?

So for use of proceeds, should we scrap the stated reasons as follows:

The net proceeds of the Placing will be used to analyse the Phase I/II clinical trial of VAL201 to treat prostate cancer and associated metastatic conditions and continue the development of ValiRx's pre-clinical VAL301 and VAL101/GeneICE programmes towards the clinic, and for general working capital purposes.

And just replace it with:

The net proceeds of the Placing will be used to cover the costs of effecting a capital reorganisation so that our long suffering shareholders can be further fleeced as the company tries to raise yet more capital to waste on corporate hangers on and crony capitalists?
