So Mr ‘know it all’ how long should it take? 6 months, 1 year, 3 years? You seem to be a specialist in Moroccan ESIA permits. Clown!
There can NEVER be a delay on the ESIA permit, as there are no timeframes. There is no date that it should be issued by, there are no comparisons (as it is the first potash mine in Africa). It will take as much time as the Moroccan government departments require, to carry out due dilligence checks. I keep reading that it's taking ages, why is it delayed, that there must be issues (due to the length of time), etc. As NO ONE knows how long that an ESIA permit for a potash project takes to be issued, there are no delays.
There were 4 RNS not 3 or 5. Check the London Stock Exchange website
I’ve noticed that it’s been mentioned on the forum, that a JV could potentially be a 50/50 with OCP, again, this is incorrect, and way off the mark. Typically, OCP likes to take 15% of a company, not 50%.
That was 2 1/2 years ago (March 2020) long before the regulations changed a year ago. There’s no comparison anymore. The days of getting a fast ESIA are long gone. Also, you are incorrect regarding RNS’s from Graham. He would have to RNS if there was any indication that there were objections, or that it would not be approved in the current format, as that could potentially materially change the share price, and anything that could potentially materially change the share price, has to have a RNS.
Seems to me that some people are unduly concerned at the time this has taken. Typically, an ESIA in Morocco takes 2 years to achieve. It won't be 2 years for Emmerson until the end of November. Regarding financing, the last RNS stated that the financing was progressing well, with positive discussions. If there was any concerns regarding the ESIA or financing, Graham would HAVE TO issue an RNS, as he would have no option, he can't hide it for a while, or similar. If he tried to, he would be in huge trouble with the FCA, and could end up in prison. The trouble with Fintwit and forums, is that certain people enjoy being negative, even if they don't hold any shares, they get a kick out of it. If you have done your research, and read the RNS's, and don't listen to gossip, you would know that this is one of the best opportunities on AIM.
Totally agree. He is just a NED, he’s not a millionaire. He’s put in what he can afford to put in.

Seems to be a very good idea to use waste water, instead of fresh water for the project. Good to also see that the company is not aware of any reason why the ESIA won’t be forthcoming.
The Joanne Hart interview on Emmerson Potash Twitter account says this quarter for ESIA (she has spoken to Graham and Hayden)
Before the ESIA
I concur, I also think a JV with OCP Group will be announced soon.
I agree. Just a short RNS on Thursday intraday, or Fri 7am, with all AGM motions approved. The big RNS’s coming after that. Only 25 weeks or less until this is ‘shovel ready’. It’s getting very exciting.
JT, I personally, would add the £50k in one go, and quickly. The positive RNS's are imminent, with one coming out this Thursday. Best project on AIM (and IMHO on the whole of the LSE) for the Risk/Reward. Broker target of £1.88 within 6 years.
