More findings!! $13.66M invested capital8 Jan 2026 19:27
Been digging through institutional positions in TETE via the SEC on here https://www.sec.gov/edgar/search/#
Important to note guys, these are institutional secondary-market purchases and under US securities law, the disclosure obligation sits with the INSTITUTION, not the company (TETE) so anyone searching TETE like the ADVFN poster who said he can't find anything since 2022(even though the companies been filing docs with the SEC upto 31/12 as we saw you simply won't find them, they will not show under TETE filings, they show up in Form 13Fs filed by the funds themselves.
Here's what I’ve found so far... Total disclosed via SEC filings $13.66m of capital, which is 1.2m shares This is not retail flow. These are SPAC experienced, event driven institutions positioning quietly.
Examples (what these filings actually look like and yes, there’s a LOT of data and it's boring)

Control + F and search for TECHNOLOGY & TELECOM ACQ COR and it will show them in the list, with the type of shares, value, amount etc.
To save you the time, I've done the boring work for you!
W. R. Berkley Corporation
$3,394,688 – 278,710 shares
Glazer Capital
$4,244,000 – 348,455 shares
KIM LLC
$1.75m – 175,000 shares
Shaolin Capital Management
$1.5m – 150,585 shares
Mizuho Securities USA LLC
$1,249,200 – 99,936 shares
K2 Principal Fund L.P.
$1,520,000 – 150,585 shares
Berkley = balance-sheet discipline
Glazer = corporate-action specialists
K2 / Shaolin = SPAC arb & deal-driven capital
Mizuho = broker-dealer inventory positioning
These aren’t day traders, they don’t post on LSE / ADVFN, they don’t chase rainbows, they invest large sums of money, file with the SEC, wait for the IPO and make huge amounts of money for their funds. I've been looking for this kid of thing for ages and so glad I came across these, and I'm sure there's many more. So in line with everything else we know so far, for the SPAC, the institutions filings are there, the capital is real, the accumulation is documented, and I'm sure they'll want to make their ROI as soon as they can!
