MobilityOne Limited has announced a further extension for the second tranche payment of RM28.0 million for its 49% acquisition of Sincere Acres Sdn Bhd, now due by 31 May 2026. As part of this agreement, MobilityOne will pay RM705,753.42 in accrued interest in three equal monthly instalments starting March 2026, and an additional RM1,400,000 in previously accrued interest will be paid by the same extended deadline. All other acquisition terms remain unchanged, with the outstanding second tranche payment continuing to accrue interest at 10% per annum.

I made two purchases today, one for 200,000, which appeared immediately on the chart as a buy...

The other 10 seconds later for 1,800,000..... came up 15 mins later ........ as unknown

I reckon a lot of these deals were already agreed in principle months ago. Once Dr Nag appointed was officially announced at CPAI then all these projects were planned in an orderly manner with the 22nd of August just one more cog in the chain. Onwards and upwards
