£200K is pocket-money. If you are going to blame CB for 'wasting' that level of investment in exploration, you really do not understand the business or sector at all. It is the nature of the beast. Balance that loss against the value that CB has achieved with Racecourse and Ascot. Get a grip !!!

Not a very likely target as it has a market cap of £60M GBP and a very ordinary, low-grade ( 7%) manganese tailings recovery project and nothing else. Suggest you think again and think lithium , cobalt and nickel.

The JV is with Bezant - not JLP. The latter has an Option - extended in November but not yet exercised.

The investment to come will surely be spent on acquisitions that fit the EV Metals core business. Lithium ? Chromium ? Nickel ? Cobalt ? - whatever it is it will be automotive and/or battery related and guided by EV Metals !!!

EV cannot take control of everything of they will be required to make a bid for the company. More likely is they will increase their shareholding to the maximum permitted, namely 29.9%. That will give them big influence. They now have two Directors on the Board as well. Caerus is going places in the months ahead.

Nope. Wife still here but if you remain objective and track SWG's history from re-birth since the Aurum days it has been a disaster in a sector that was, and still is, booming.

Just look at the metrics of the acquisitions and their performance relative to the price paid.
