TH2 please read the two announcements and note the dates on which the transactions and notifications occurred, then tell the BB what Peel Hunt has told UKOG what they are currently holding rather than twisting the truth.

12p would present a very welcome escape from this madhouse.

The company is obliged to announce the changes in the order they were notified to them.

It clearly states that the increase to 3.7bn shares was notified on 5th December and the decrease to below 10% was notified today.

Evidently UKOG is saying they received notice of the later transaction (taking the holding below 10%) before the earlier transaction.

You really couldn’t make this up.
