JD427, are you saying they not suspended trading (RNS1) and have not issued a follow up statement via (RNS2) of a material downgrade in production?

Looks like the reason for the drop to mid teens is about to reveal itself.

Looks like the post above can now be ignored. Intraday RNS released which pretty much states the reality is far worse than we imagined. Significant downgrade in production for this year and a fund raise.

Due to no Telegram group that I aware of for this share, I do far more looking and a research for news on this share than on most of my other LTH’s.

The prevailing (if unconfirmed) conversations across social media and other forums is that whilst plant commissioning is complete, there “could” be an unforeseen technical issue holding up production. Best case this could further affect investor sentiment if/when RNS’d, worse case, if the delay is long enough, questions are being asked about the need for another raise.
Personally I don’t a raise happening but this is AIM and more recently SO4, so who knows.

Personally I think we are in a perfect storm of missed deadlines, poor investor confidence and a downward market overall. This being the case the sell off is still significant from the mid 25p we were at for so long.

Let’s see how this plays out.

Taken from the RNS:

Looks like they are delisting and potentially relisting in the future. Given the massive valuations of tech firms in America, I wouldn’t rule out an appearance on the Nasdaq.

If that is the case Sharpnet I believe that we could be offered shares in AAA at the equivalent of 40p per shares proportional to the size of our previous individual holdings.

Speculation of course by me by this seems the most straight forward outcome given that they have announced 40p per share for Mesh shares elsewhere.

This is taken from the last line of today’s RNS. It would seem they are no longer using the term fully funded and ‘well financed’ has replaced this. Seems ominous to me.

“In combination with the recent Placement, these funds will ensure the Company is well financed to deliver the Lake Way Project."

Based on a proposed 60 day deadline of 7th December, 74 days takes us to 23th December, Christmas week.
Any delay would probably take us into 2021 of the Federal departments have any kind of festive shutdown.

The scanning technique was developed by a research group at the University of Sheffield led by Prof James Wild who said it offered a "unique" way of showing lung damage caused by Covid-19 infection and its after-effects.

Not sure if this is the same but it mentions the study coming out of Sheffied University.
