She is turning, and going in!
Looks like racing the tanker to first in, lol.... looks like a winner to me, this is a good horse to put your money on!
NS Creation is overtaking us!
lol ... looks about 80 nm out.
Oh, no ... disaster !
Chesh, just passed Humber... about 100 nm to go... (funny that, then we get closer to the 100p party ...).
LOL.

I love this - we are like kids waiting to open the xmas presents ... all engineers, waiting to see our new BIGGG toy...
Makes you forget that actually we are also investors ... not sure what comes first: financials, or being able to be a child again ...
LOL

I bought 20,006 shares yesterday 11.24 ... specifically as an 'cdd' number and could not see it reported., I guess as it was on NEX as per HL.
So not sure where you see the total combined picture of trades...
M
jones richard, welcome back! you bring the lucky charms!
Myo, as always, you are spot on.
I am so, so, so looking forward to ST2 being done, and then just follow your progress updates on what actually matters most, execution of having a gold mine up and running!
I like the sp now, and I will top up my kid's ISA in 10 min .. 20,006 shares at a bargain price.

Must be rocket science ...
Future MC 30 bil, debt 3 (timing difference).. then, if we pay off the debt, nil.
If anyone wants, look at Biotech valuations (they are still .... 5-10 years away from revenues, 10-20 years from theoretical profitability.
Plenty of $10-100 BIL MC, debts at half that and eating cash... and many will be bought at higher premiums (where revenue is 'expected' to hit $1bil ..), whilst many will be dustbins.
This is still a speculative share ... but as far as ST2. Then, it stands on its own two feet, proven product with sold out capacity (pretty much), then higher product premium to come after the 5-7 years ToP come up for renewal (which I did not factor in, to stay on the 'hedged' side).

Hi chilling,
But would an alliance with ADM achieve that? It seems that ADM are acquiring the right assets in UK / EU, so they can do it without us having to cough up more capital to buy a manufacturer.
Yes, ADM may become the 'blender' for all ... hence an alliance is feasible.... and I can smell something in the air...
I recall CF explaining the status of the market, where access / distribution channels are hard to get due to realistic monopoly of current SOP players .... so he spends money to acquire access channels (CIBRA, expanding ADM relation), not manufacturing capabilities.
Saying this, whom knows, in 10 years' time when the cash piles are too high, we may buy a manufacturing capability, then whom knows, our MC may be bigger than likes of BHP and we buy them for lunch time fun.
In the mean time, let's just build it, and to do so get the funds... the rest after, will be free entertainment on this board!
M
LITC,
I agree, it is complex speculation on a matter of detail, when the info is already provided.
see page 17 on the link:
https://siriusminerals.com/downloads/investor-presentation-may-2018/
It states that it will be capable of $2.8b of dividends in 5 within years of production and / or debt repayment.
$2.8b approx GBP 2 BILLIONS of DIVIDENDS! Let's assume we pay off debt then 2028 we go Divi route (although CF states he wants a blend and start rewarding SH with divis sooner)... I am just making up a more 'hedged' scenario to manage expectations... and if this is not enough ...
I don't care if we end up with 10 bill shares, this is .... 20 pence / share dividend... x PE 15 = 3 pounds / share (higher if fewer than 10 billion shares after ST2).
This is a GBP 30 BIL MC company. Highly likely that this will be the MC in 2024-26 , i.e. after we start producing.
discount back to say 2021 at first Polyhalite, this would be about 60% of value (so Market Cap could be say GBP15b) as Main construction risks are eliminated, but mine not completed yet ..
So, after ST2, we only carry construction risks .... say half again .... GBP 7Bil MC...
OK, higher discount due to perceived investor sentiment, maybe my discount is not enough, half again ... 3 Bil. In reality somewhere between 3-7 mil.
So, if ST2 is completed and we end up with 10b shares, SP should be short term 30p - 70p, until production, then will be 1 pound plus.
IMO. DYOR.
M
PS. I will love to see the faces and comments of the ones 'whom sold but are long term ..., what..?'.. when ST2 is done and they sold out.
Well done dt. Keep going and believe in yourself!
And when you get a short term hiccup, remember the long term plan and stick to it! If you put the work in it, and be patient, it will work out in the long term.... with bonuses!

You are wishing your breath mate.
He is an, ..... less enabled academic ..., and I have him filtered. But just reading your reply to whatever he posts, makes me cringe....
Glad that I have him filtered. And you will never gain the 5 minutes you wasted out of you life is replying to the donkey....

Agreed. But, just ask yourself a question, and try to answer it honestly looking in the mirror:
What is the likely worst case with dilution, more royalty, less price increases....5-10 yrs... and does this still shows an attractive return?.
If so, we are OK, enjoy the ride and brown sugar from less enabled posters....
M
Verde
I fully agree. I am looking at what is, in my estimate, the worst case financial return.... which is still staggering good!
I always thought that we end up with 7-8 b shares, but even with say 10b, the returns are v v nice!
Have a great w/e

Apologies for the spellings.. iPad multi languages autocorrect...
My half a penny...
I absolutely respect the ones that smelled e issue and sold I August.
Unfortunately I'm not one of tem, hence readjust to see and learn for next time.
However, I can't waste my time with what are idiotic slogans an quotes from schoolbooks without substance or relevance to SM. Hence few posters dot deserve my time to read their waffles, even if they 'say' they've seen it coming and sold.... Put it the other way, some f these guys always were negative, from day one they said they have no shares... Then bad news and they claim credit and, told you so, I've sold mine... Really? IQ of dounuts there....
Yes, dilution is and was always coming, the delays are annoying but the mine will get build.
IMO, in 10 years a 20mi, tonnes, we paid debt and e 2-3 billions a year.
We get 10 billion shares after dilution...
This is 20 p a share , x 15-20... A decent return.
This saga will be sorted in the next coup,e of months, then... Peac and prayi construction disasters, then... There is a bright light at the end of the tunnel..
M
Divis come from Net Profits....
