A friend is implacably opposed to buyback, as you NQM & Boyo. He thinks it should all be paid out in divi: we don't agree. My angle is, placing for cash shortage is merely opposite of buyback for cash surplus: you never know when you might need to come back opposite. Alas, don't agree. Getaf, don't understand. Gla.
