But you can’t deny the stats look amazing on CNEL at the moment based on all the facts. You always have to do your own research before investing but this one is definitely worth the time to understand the upside potebtial

EGM on the 17th April to pass acceptance of the transfer to the HKEX plan (or rather extend the existing plan). Then a couple of months at most to move over. They were waiting for these results to be the final stage to get accepted, they must have been getting some high level consultancy that believe this will get them accepted. So all good IMO for a big boost to the SP in the next 6-8 weeks tops.

This has to double up if not a lot lot more upside. Absolutely everything other than short sited Investors to hold back the SP as this is only going upwards. One positive is that they will join the HKEX just as all the positivity returns to the market.

Halifax I’m sure used the same platform as my old Lloyd’s share dealing account and they didn’t trade on the HKEX. I opened a AJ Bell account which about 20 minutes and then filed out a transfer form for my shares. It took two weeks to get them over and it was a free service.

There was a whole long RNS about it, they would give plenty of notice and the intention is for the company to still be owned by shareholders after the transition. Most people have switched to a trading account like AJ Bell that allow trading on AIM and HKEX so then when the shares move over you can trade straight away. Entry price for the HKEX requires the share price to be valued at 11p per share so it seems like a no brainer to get in before the move.

After an RNS like that who the hell sold shares? This has to be the best results imaginable for a company with huge opportunities in a growing market. You have got to laugh really as they are selling literally gold platted shares covered in diamonds for pennies and people are holding back. Wow!

At this rate the annual profits will soon be higher than the MCAP lol

This has to be one of the best stocks available globally to make a small fortune on.

Sometime this month we are dues a massively positive RNS and with China coming out of this crisis first it’s all lining up for CNEL . Add to that the US just released $2 Trillion of liquidity into the market it has to be a very very solid place to invest. As pollution and environmental conditions have massively improved due to the Corona crisis I can’t see countries like China wanting to go back to air quality problems now. The Oil based economy is a dying breed now IMO. Good Luck Everyone and hold on to your seats and shares

For two months they’ll all take two weeks unpaid leave each (in April & May). Limits the damage to the company’s resources.
