The EGM is tomorrow to run through the timetable and approval for the HKEX move. Could be very exciting in the coming days once we get clarification from the BOD.

We should see another RNS in a few days following the EGM on the 16th April confirming the timetable for the HKEX transition. This should see another push upwards on the SP again.

Not much happening until we start to move up the closer we get to the 16th April.

Not sure anyone will get in sub 3p after the next few trades. Everyone is locked in for the rise on the 16th April and then the big one to follow that when they get the HKEX entry date. GLA it’s been worth the wait.

Looks like CNEL is getting more coverage now as it pops up occasionally in articles.

If China come out of the pandemic first they could get boost on the rest of the world economically. Next update for us will be just after the 16th following the EGM which should give a good indication of the action plan.

But yet the share price has slipped a little, oops my apologies things have changed, they have secured record profits, orders are up, they aren't effected by the Corona Crisis and they are looking very likely to get into the HKEX soon which will massively boost the SP. I have to wonder who is selling, although the volume is tiny if we are being honest. This is really is a golden nugget just waiting to be found. Just shows how AIM operates at the end of the day.

Next RNS is two weeks away after the EGM which will set out the Time Line for transition to the HKEX. It’s going to happen in the next couple of months if not sooner.

Go back a few RNS updates for the update from the last EGM as it spells out the next steps. Their is another EGM on the 16th where the BOD will spell out the next clear update of the transition. They said last time share holders would get 10 days notice from memory to decide what to do. Role on the move IMP as AIM is a shambles.

The BOD have two goals this year, increase the SP value and deliver growth. No wonder they are desperate to get shot of AIM with its short term day traders. They see massive growth and profit potential and genuinely have a fantastic track record of delivering. Good Luck as the tide is turning now and the real value and re-rate is only weeks away.

Sorry 16th April for the EGM although it often takes 24 hours for the RNS to follow based on time zones to filter through.

The BOD must have been given a heads up by the HKEX that this years results would give them the entry. In the annual reports they mention the costs associated with the transition to the HKEX so they must have planned for a swift move once the results happen. Will the 17th be the green light to make the move and then announce the transition date. It’s all moving very quickly now as the RNS updates are happening much more frequently now. Good luck all as our patience is being rewarded now. The share price only has one direction of travel as the profits are nearly £7M a year and climbing and are probably close to over taking the current MCAP. It’s an absolute no brainier IMO but do your own research always.

It will go up through 4p if not 5p this week, but when will it get above the 10p barrier. The BOD and group meeting is in the 17th April and they intend to get entry to the HKEX in H1. I predict 10p will happen in the last week of April Or first week of May.

Luckily I only took a punt here and put my main money in CNEL, which is ironic as its China based an just delivered a massive RNS. I am convinced though I will see my money recover here in the next few weeks.
