Hahaha brilliant Icecool! You make me laugh.
I think the key is we just all need to relax.
At the end of the day life will return to normal and people will go on holiday again :)
Saga are much better placed imo than the our play travel companies.
Just stay patient and don’t look at your screens as much on the downward trends
Just a personal rule Batfasted. So I can sleep at night.
If something is 20% of you're PF and goes bust, it will make a dent but won't destroy you. If something is say 60% and goes bust it could go a very long way to destroying you.
I run a concentrated portfolio of 8-10 stocks but don't allow any 1 stock to be over a 20% allocation.
Unfortunately can’t buy any more as would take me over 20% of PF allocation.
Complete overreaction again and presents a nice buying opp for anyone with patience.
Blue skies are ahead. Don’t let the doomsdayers tell you otherwise.
GLA :)
Nope... They are circa 18-20% of my Portfolio Slownsteady. Still a fair bit higher than what I would usually allow for 1 company but I think SAGA are compelling at these levels as a long term recovery play.
Like I've said numerous times, I don't really care what the short term price is doing as think it will be at multiples of this level in a few years.
It's definitely volatile though and not for widows and orphans :) strong stomach required for sure.
All the best
Haha indeed Icecool
Never expected to see this price again so have bought another 20,000 shares at 338p.
People seem to have such short time horizons these days and get spooked so easily. Anyone with a 2-3 year view here will do wonderfully well imo.
My price target remains unchanged at £12-15 within 2 years. Absolute gift at these levels imo
GLA
Righto Slow, thanks for the life advice pal :/
There isn't any major resistance to £8 if you take the time to look at the daily chart for yourself! However there will obviously be periods of consolidation, as some early buyers/traders take profits along the way.
It isn't going to go like a rocket ship from £3-8 is it :/
Haha you having a laugh!/? I'm purely making an observation about the current dailychart.
SAGA is by far my largest portfolio position with over 150,000 shares . I've added more this week too.
My 18-24 month price target remains unchanged at £12-15.
£6-8 short term imo
GLA
RSI cooling down nicely as expected. Can only stay in overbought territory for so long.
Wouldn't surprise me if it tests 350p ish again before heading higher to the £5 mark.
I'll wait a bit longer and keep monitoring the chart before backing the truck up again.
GLA
Oil is forward hedged so they would of been buying forward contracts over the past year at rock bottom prices.
Only a matter of time before we break out of this trading range.
Still super value at these levels
All the best
This board is so funny fretting about intraday price movements!
Will be funny when it gets back and exceeds previous valuations and the inpatient on here will be kicking themselves saying "Oh I wish I hadn't of sold @ 400p"
Do what you wish of course, it's your money but it is very funny seeing how short term mindsets work.
Why? It's going to £12-15 v soon...
Patience will be rewarded here .... everyone is so impatient these days!
Makes me laugh
Banbury, I don't get your thing with Tea leaves haha
You seem to have a fetish with them :)
Agreed Doofus!
On a side note, your insights are very much appreciated :)
That’s bang on Roxbury.
I’m quite flabbergasted investors don’t already know this.
Anyhow new money/old money.. none of it really matters.
All that matters is forward earnings and the multiple applied to those earnings to get us to a decent mkt cap once again!
Bloody hope not!
Agreed, but don't worry too much about what it's doing week to week.
An 18-24 month minimum holding mindset is what is required here for the serious gains.
I think if they get back to the profit levels I expect them to in that time frame, they will be paying a very chunky dividend by then too.
Very nice indeed and now is still a great time to buy for a min 2 bagger return from here imo :)
74k shares just bought @ 400.97.
Who's trying to catch up with me? haha ;)
