We're getting a lot of good news lately winning contracts etc but the SP continues to tank. What the hell is going on in the background? This is what I hate about a lot of these stocks. When the price starts shooting up they're always quick to issue speeding tickets or say there is no explanation for the sudden price rise. But when it's tanking no one says a word. They make me sick. Sort this mess out Dr.

I said the other day that one would be hurting the company if they bought shares in the OO rather than the open market, as this would cause further dilution and hurt the SP. Well although this is correct, it would alo hurt the company if no one took up the OO. DB can then turn around and fold the company due to lack of funds to run the business.

So even though the SP is cheaper than the Placing price we would actually be hurting our own investments if we bought on the open market rather than the OO. So I've changed my mind, I will be averaging down via the OO rather than the open market. I think anyone else invested here should do the same. Without funds the company could fold and you could end up losing all your money. The OO will have to be well supported if this stock is going to turn around.

Goldfrat - PPS are already delivering Fuel cells to a large Italian shipping company. If there are increased orders for that contract then this will add value to the company. Your not wrong though, the owners are a bit dubious to say the least.

Has been significantly higher since the Placement RNS. Looks like investors are snapping up the shares on the open market. I'll be making my move next week and averaging down, that's unless it decides to drop some more. So far this week it's just managed to stay at 25. Next week we could get another surprise and it drops further. I doubt it though, the MM's (Market Manipulators) will make sure it stays at the Placement price otherwise there'll be no takers for the OO. It's criminal the way these Market manipulators are allowed to play with the SP as they please, instead of following protocol. Downright scandalous, and the powers that be turn a blind eye. Don't get me started.

That's the risk you take Benny, could go either way. It's either you believe or you don't, put up or shut up as they say.

Smartinvestment - You have made a smart investment no pun, I joined the party earlier this week. I've been in and out of KNB a couple of times, but this weeks news is the best news any company can ask for, an income stream. I think this company is going places. Their overheads are tiny only three employees, they have a decent MCAP and little dilution. I believe once the AIM market sorts itself out, this is going to fly. Check out the website.

Proton Motors is everywhere. Fully expect this to turn around with Germany investing heavily in Hydrogen, and PPS playing a big part.

Anyone taking any part in the OO will be doing the company a disservice. The less dilution the better, plus the shares are actually cheaper on the open market.

This is the first Placing I've been involved with where the SP drops below the Placing price. Makes me wonder if this is falling to pre-pandemic levels. With the company now at production stage with it's tests, zero debt, and now with funds available, I dont see how this is possible. The only downside to the Placing is the dilution. With more shares in circulation there will be less volatility, and could be a slower crawl up rather than previously where the SP flies on good news.

Colin should be putting pressure on the Govt to clear the Mologic Antigen tests, in that case. In a time when they are crying out for tests we still can't win a contract. Something has to happen in this window. If not, then this whole contract we have with the Govt has left me totally discombobulated.

If we're below the Placing price now, what's going to happen when the dilution comes ? An MCAP of £16M with 100M shares in circulation doesn't make good reading and we could even fall some more. On the other hand however, the money brought in by the Placing will put the company in a better financial position. The company would be debt-free, 10.5 million sitting in the bank, and 7M worth of assets. This you'd expect should have a positive affect on the value of the company. Simply Wall St currently thinks the stock is highly undervalued and fair value should be £2.22. This could go either way, I wouldn't write GDR off just yet although I get it things don't look too great at the moment.

Nice tick up today and high trade volume, lots of buying as well. Good to see. I'm heavily invested here, the time for Omega to breakout can't come soon enough.

Always a risk investing in companies thats just IPO’d. KNB are the same but IMO they have more potential. Yes, good news for OCTP but it’s only a licence agreement. Today’s news is not going to affect their finances in the short term. The news today for KNB will though. The website going live today will directly affect KNB’s finances. The company is now starting to generate an income, and with small overheads and good support in the market, I fully expect this to start ticking up over the coming days/weeks. The AIM market is suppressed right now so the tick up may be slow.

I've been involved in quite a few Placings and I have to admit I've never seen the share price tumble fifty per cent on announcement of a Placing. Normally sentiment is high and the SP is always higher than the Placing price. There is obviously not a good feeling around this Placing. There is a lack of trust between PI's and the BOD, and most importantly we still haven't managed to secure any deals..

There has been no updates on India or BC, which normally means talks are not successful and we are no closer to any deals. This stock doesn't look in good shape at all hence why we are down here. Next week will be significant , we will see if the SP drops below the Placing price. Nevertheless, I will be buying the shares on OO and averaging down. The stock overall should pick up once the Placing is out the way and may even take off again if we get major news.

Been busy hence the late reply but No, I haven't sold out. I'm still in and in heavy, just fed up of the waiting. By the time the Govt decides to give us a contract, Covid will be nothing more than a tickly cough. But hey, there's no one here that wants to see this stock do well more than me, so don't get it twisted.

The upside is that testing will be here for a good while yet, the downside is that Omega will play no part in manufacturing the tests, at least it's looking that way. CK and the company have been blowing a lot of hot air ever since this pandemic started. They fooling no one, just hope I'm wrong.
