Proton Motor Power Systems plc (AIM: PPS), Europe's leading designer, developer and producer of fuel cells and electric hybrid systems with a zero-carbon footprint, is pleased to announce that following the recent extension of the co-operation agreement with DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH ("DB Bahnbau"), which was first announced on 20 July 2015, it has:

- received an order from DB Bahnbau for a PM Frame fuel cell system (Proton Motor's modular fuel cell system for customised integration); and

- entered into a maintenance services contract for 22 systems, which were delivered in 2016, with DB Bahnbau acting as general contractor.

DB Bahnbau is a subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn AG (the German railway company, headquartered in Berlin) and is a full-service provider for rail infrastructure.

The Board estimate the market potential for Emergency Power Systems (EPS) to be delivered in co-operation with DB Bahnbau to be up to 1,800 sites with power requirement levels of between 10kW and 500kW.

I'm also invested in AFC who although seeming to make good progress, they do not yet have solid orders and contracts like PPS. With COP26 now up and running, this could have a positive affect on the SP. We had forecasted sales of 45M Euros in July. Looks like it's slowly starting to come in. Wont be long before a very big order comes in.

Looks like I'll be holding here for at least five years at this rate, by which time I could lose the lot. But that's the risk you take when trading these low cap companies. Hopefully this does something before then, otherwise other stocks I'm involved with will have to cover any potential losses.

I am not here to ramp or deramp as some would like to call it. I'm invested here so I just want to know the stone cold facts. Is this going to tank the same way AVCT and GDR are tanking? Well let's take a look at what we have so far:

· Chinese regulatory approval of Food Detective® test for both laboratory settings and self-test use

· Supply agreement signed with Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) to accelerate access of VISITECT® CD4 Advanced Disease in low and middle-income countries

· VISITECT® CD4 Advanced Disease test received WHO prequalification

· Contract signed with the Department of Health and Social Care ("DHSC") to provide manufacturing capacity for COVID-19 lateral flow antigen tests

· CE mark and launch of Mologic's lateral flow antigen test for COVID-19, to be sold for professional-use under Omega's VISITECT® brand and FDA Emergency Use Authorization submitted

· Over £2m invested in facility refurbishment and new equipment to accommodate increased capacity expected from both COVID-19 and CD4 manufacturing throughput

Out of all of the above mentioned, we have generated zero sales, and laughably in the middle of a pandemic. We've spent £2M on expansion and all we've received from that is a potsy packaging and pouching contract, which will just about cover the overheads and the costs of the expansion.

Do you really think the upcoming results will be positive? Thought as much.

Some good trade volumes last couple of weeks. Having a positive affect on the share price, long may it continue.

A lot of companies like AVCT GDR ODX and a few others, since last year have been making a lot of noise about their tests. But truth is all of them have struggled to get govt approval to sell their products. All boasting about how great their tests are, gold standard tests and all that tripe, yet if the tests was so accurate as they say why are they having trouble getting them approved? These companies have used COVID-19 as a means to boost their products and hoodwink investors.

This is where the FCA should step in and investigate the claims these scrupulous companies have made. Anyway I will continue to hold this stock as there is still a good chance their tests will be approved and distributed in this country. As for the others, they look like a total write off. Outrageous the way they have used the pandemic to make false claims and exploit investors.

UK holders of TILS stock wont be able to trade it until two weeks after the new shares transferred over to the Nasdaq. This also explains why trade volumes on the Nasdaq have been so low since the transfer.

AxisBiotix-Ps™, the probiotic food supplement to help alleviate the symptoms associated with psoriasis, will be launched by SBTX on 29 October 2021, which is tomorrow. Tomorrow is also World Psoriasis Day, which might explain the SP rise. The finished product is ready in Netherlands distribution centre, and Pre-registrations for AxisBiotix-Ps continues to increase. Could see a significant rise in the coming days and weeks.

daltry - forgot to take his meds today, calm down old boy, you'll give yourself a heart attack. I don't think or claim to know anything, all I do is give my opinion. My opinion is that we saw a slight pullback today . With over 5M shares traded I fully expect this to start creeping up some more over the coming days. Something is obviously brewing in the background.

Easy to feel doom and gloom when the SP is down but we all know the risks when investing in S&S. You always run the risk of losing your money if you invest short term, and more chance of gaining if you invest long term. You also have to know when to cut your losses and run. This is one stock I will not be cutting and running, I'm here for the LT so I'll just wait until this turns around which I'm confident it will.

Almost 3M shares traded already and it's not even mid-day. Looks like another day of strong trading. If it continues like this we'll soon hit £1 again.

Because LSE only shows U.K. stock, I suppose this chat forum will be gone very soon as well. After you weed out the usual morons, there are in actual fact people that do share useful and informative information. Would be a shame to see the forum go.

On a different note, tomorrow should be a good watch.

We'll be trading on the Nasdaq as TLSA. TLSA has been on the Nasdaq for a while now, currently trading @ $1.66. It rose 12% today, tomorrow I expect it to go higher. At todays Nasdaq price I'm actually better off. Still haven't broken even yet but much much closer than before. This has turned out quite well so far. I hope it continues tomorrow.

That daltry fella must be sick as a parrot having sold out, just when things are starting to hot up. He must have thought Proton Motors was some tinpot company, obviously didn't do thorough enough research. Oh well, hope he's learnt his lesson, always by low sell high, not the other way round. Personally I wont be selling or thinking of selling until this has cleared at least 150, which I am very certain it will.

I'm with you on that shirazkhan39, even if it drops I'm confident it will go up again, hence why I'm holding. I would average down but no funds at the mo. GL to you also, we all in it to win it.

A simpler maths would be just to halve the amount of shares you have now, if you have 100 shares you now have 50 shares.

Bluebelly - I find it shocking that you think $1.20 is equivalent to 43p, I'm totally gobsmacked.

shirazkhan39 - Yes I could be wrong, but the reason I'm saying this is because of the 14 day lockout period. Lockouts are normally incorporated so that II's can trade among themselves without PI's being involved, which personally I find scandalous. You say he would have sold at £3 not 50p but he hasn't sold at 50p. He bought more at 50p and will sell at $3 under the new scheme. You are very adamant that I'm wrong but I didn't say I was right, this is just my opinion, and how can you be so sure I'm wrong when you yourself are not sure what is going to happen. We can all freely give our opinions, it doesn't mean either of us are right, or wrong. We will have to wait and see what happens first before we know that.

If this was a normal Placing do you think there wold be so much inside buying? Absolutely not, they know what they're doing. When the new shares start trading which will be tomorrow I think, you can guarantee the board and the II's will be trading there shares during the lockout period making a lot of money and bringing the SP down in the process I could be wrong but as I said yesterday I've seen this type of thing before. The lockout period is scandalous and should be made illegal. Why should the directors and II's be able to trade during this period but not the PI's? This is the type of corruption that needs to be addressed.
