A lot of positives to look forward to for AFC this year. With a multitude of forthcoming possible contracts, ongoing contracts and partnerships with various companies, and with the recent renewal of our existing contract with Extreme E, the future and potential looks very positive for AFC indeed. If I can make some gains in other places I'll be throwing more money at this stock. What's impressed me the most though, is the amount of insider buying that has gone on within AFC over the past year. This is always a vey good sign. It is so impressive I felt I just had to re-post it up on here. So here it is:
31 January 2022 David Harvey, Chief Technology Officer, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 34.2 pence per share.
19 November 2021 Gary Bullard, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") today at a price of 58.38 pence per share.
17 November 2021 Gary Bullard, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") today at a price of 59.87 pence per share in his wife's name.
19th Oct 2021 Mike Rendall, Chief Engineering Product Officer, purchased 18,817 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") yesterday at a price of 53.08 pence per share.
7th Oct 2021 David Harvey, Chief Technology Officer, and his wife have purchased 25,643 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") today at a price of 44.96 pence per share.
6th Oct 2021 David Harvey, Chief Technology Officer, and his wife have purchased 25,643 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") today at a price of 44.96 pence per share.
5th Oct 2021 Gary Bullard, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") today at a price of 46.3 pence per share in his wife's name.
10 August 2021, Gary Bullard, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 15,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence at a price of 58.5 pence per share.
6 May 2021, Elaine Sullivan, wife of Mr Gary Bullard, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 40,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence at a price of 55.3 pence per share.
With so much buying, and at almost double the price it is today, this could be a very sound investment for those looking for a good stock to buy into. Which is why I shall be holding very firmly. The future looks very bright for AFC.
