I am pleased to update our shareholders on the significant progress we’ve recently made and hope you all enjoy our 1Q22 newsletter. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank all our employees and advisors for their dedication during this busy time. During the period, we completed the strategic acquisition of The GP Service, signed an MoU with Forbe to sell our CBD products in Israel and raised further funds to accelerate our stated strategy. In February 2022, we announced the acquisition of the telemedicine provider, The GP Service, for a total consideration of just under £14m.

Under the service’s new framework, patients can, for a set price of £39.99, get an appointment with a UK registered GP within half an hour and then get a prescription sent to one of 4,200 pharmacies within an hour for £7.49.

The service can electronically deliver prescriptions to this vast network which includes major high street chains as well as independent pharmacies. By improving current access, we hope to make a substantial contribution to improving the outcomes for thousands of patients in the UK and Europe.

As well as developing the existing telemedicine business, we intend to develop and leverage the digital technology, physician network and patient community of The GP Service for the sale of our own product and service offerings.

The acquisition of The GP Service is therefore considered a strategic fit for Kanabo Group, largely as the acquisition will establish a new and fully compliant channel to market for the Company’s products and services once UK Cannabis regulation permits. Read more on the acquisition here…

This was always going to be a LT hold. I like the direction this company is going, 5p is going to look like a steal I feel as early as next year.

I was expecting a poor End of Year but was surprised how well the company has done.

Omega (AIM: ODX), the specialist medical diagnostics company focused on industry-leading Health & Nutrition and Global Health (CD4 and COVID-19) products, provides the following trading update for the year ended 31 March 2022.

The Company expects to report a 41% increase in revenues to £12.3m (2021: £8.7m), with the Health and Nutrition (H&N) division contributing £8.6m of revenue (2021: £6.8m). Prior year H&N sales are skewed by a large stocking order worth approximately £1.2m placed by the Company's largest partner in China to seed the market in 2021. Excluding this stocking order from last year, underlying H&N sales grew by 54%, driven by strong Food Print® product sales, up 82%. This division remains one of the key areas of strategic focus, with substantial growth opportunities in both China and the US.

The Global Health division has also seen substantial growth in the period, up 97% to £3.8m (2020: £1.9m). CD4 revenues increased to £1.0m (2021: £0.1m), as further progress is made to implement CD4 testing in high HIV prevalence countries and demand from aid agencies and non-governmental organisations continues to grow. Order intake is running well ahead of available production and the long-term prospects remain undiminished for the roll-out of the VISITECT® CD4 Advanced Disease test. Following on from the placing, which shareholders voted against, the Company continues to evaluate the strategic options for its CD4 business.

COVID-19 related revenues contributed £2.6m (2020: £1.7m), however ongoing COVID income is expected to be minimal. Whilst additional information requested for CE-Mark for self-test for the VISITECT® COVID-19 antigen test was submitted prior to the 31 March 2022 deadline, not all of the data requested was available and the Company awaits confirmation from its Notified Body as to whether the available data is sufficient.

The Company remains in dispute with the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) and has yet to receive a response to the Company's latest correspondence sent on 8 February 2022. At the Company's request, the DHSC is making arrangements to remove the government-funded equipment from the Alva site.

The net cash balance as at 31 March 2022 was £1.5m and whilst an overdraft facility of £2.0m remains in place and unutilised, the Company continues to actively explore alternative options to generate additional funds.

With all the lies and misinformation given by the previous board, it's hard to believe the company has done this well. As long as Covid is around we could still see the highs of £1.20 like we did last year but we have a long way to go. This stock need to start breaking out of this lowly position. Good to see we're moving in the right direction.

This is great news for the company. Looks like this is just the start with more deployments to come over the coming months. By then hopefully we'll start getting some actual figures. Both ACCIONA and Keltbray are big engineering firms. Great news. Be interesting to see how the SP goes from here.

Good to see this on the move again. If I had averaged down at 12p, I'd be well in the green now, but I decided against it as I'm in heavy already. Prepared to wait as long at it takes to hit my average of 80p. If we can build on the Assays we've installed in Manchester this week, and make progress with our other products, then there's a good chance we will be breaking the £1 barrier again. Things are looking much brighter now at GDR.

In the space of two years this outfit has managed to fleece almost 30M from shareholders, yet the whole business is sold for only £1M? That doesn't add up at all. I hope Karma catches up with these bunch of thieves.

Michael500 - With Russia and USA/Nato both nuclear capable, I dont think there will be a war. Nuclear arms have prevented another World War for almost eighty years now. I don't think either side have got the stomach for war, the language coming from Biden's administration is more around sanctions which would be just as a effective a deterrent as having nuclear capabilities. Russia export a lot of oil and gas to Nato countries. Not being able to trade with these countries would have a massive negative impact on their economy. The Russians wont want that. But an agreement has to come from both sides. If Ukraine continue to follow the path of joining forces with Nato, then we could see the Russians digging their heels in. The worse I envision happening is the Russians attacking the Ukrainians and Nato being able to only impose sanctions on the them.

What happens with this conflict may only affect a stock like AFC in the short term, but once the drama dies down, we could see this stock on the move North again, especially with most Nato countries investing heavily in Hydrogen. We could even see the SP tumble a bit more as the conflict continues, it might even fall to pre pandemic levels although I very much doubt it. My opinion is that Hydrogen stocks are a good investment right now. I've been invested in AFC for over four years and bought way back when it was 11p. When I bought in it I just laid my money down and forgot about it. The company was going through a development stage and had no products. I've watched them grow into a reputable Hydrogen company and from Development to Production. I think all AFC investors and those that believed in the company will very soon be rewarded for their patience. Once covid is under control and everyone gets back to work without the self isolating. then the economy will start to pick up and hopefully so will AFC.

A lot of positives to look forward to for AFC this year. With a multitude of forthcoming possible contracts, ongoing contracts and partnerships with various companies, and with the recent renewal of our existing contract with Extreme E, the future and potential looks very positive for AFC indeed. If I can make some gains in other places I'll be throwing more money at this stock. What's impressed me the most though, is the amount of insider buying that has gone on within AFC over the past year. This is always a vey good sign. It is so impressive I felt I just had to re-post it up on here. So here it is:

With so much buying, and at almost double the price it is today, this could be a very sound investment for those looking for a good stock to buy into. Which is why I shall be holding very firmly. The future looks very bright for AFC.

I haven't managed to log onto ODX website where you can get the true figures, but this is according to google finance. The graph shows that since December 2020 - December 2021 ODX were turning over between 2.7M - 2.9M per month.

Maximillian3 - Don't know who this Mike is your referring to, and what makes you think I have an axe to grind? I'm just stating facts around staff numbers, income generated, CDTA, all the usual stuff around ODX. I suggest you get back to your emails and letter writing, your confused.

The drop in SP has been caused firstly by Omricon, and secondly the uncertainty around the company now that the CEO has stepped down. ODX are still generating an income and are still shipping their products although at a slower pace due to Covid. This will pick back up, but it will be a while yet. Like I said earlier put this to bed and come back in 3-6 months.

Not sure how much they are generating from CD4, but they are generating just under 3M per month from all their tests.

Is crippling the market not just ODX. People are not going to work for fear of being infected, which has slowed industries and manufacturing. The narrative around this whole pandemic has to change soon otherwise further damage will be done.

Come on let's be realistic. Even if the tests were approved, ODX do not own the test, and dont have the resources to be financially competitive in an already saturated market. CTDA is a red herring right now. All ODX can do now is build on their current portfolio which is going to be very difficult in these Covid times. Put this to bed and come back in three to six months when things have hopefully improved with Covid.
