IR said they had 3/4 deals in the pipeline is it for each to take a 10/15% slice of Bressay .Was 4 proposals sent out with the first getting the best deal and as it gets derisked the next should pay more etc……so Enquests costs to make it happen is pretty much paid……a great deal/result for all concerned

Getting debt down important ,but why not spend just 2m a month to buy shares back at this price.

Well use 45k it comes to fcf £650m ..25%=£162.5m and taking capex of £165m can this be offset?

I said production Jan 51,000 so you would know that the 45,000 for the year as I was required by the bank to hedge 50% was lets say ultra conservative. Going forward I have hedged all the remaining between £115 and £125 which averages all at near £100 .This gives exactitude to 1to 1 in August when a 5p dividend will be paid and also a further 5p 6 months later.I know the concern this will cause for long term shareholders and a counselling service is to be made available to help coming to terms with all the money they will be making

Oh for the update to say all production has been hedged at these higher amounts for this year and next so the point of 1 to 1
can be dated

Oil companies now seeing future large profits and large tax bills the advantage to sell to an oil company like Enquest with tax losses becomes attractive.
Anyone looking at this board thinking to invest do not if you’re a dividend dreamer,AB the major shareholder paid more than current price and would have to pay a large dividend tax so will not happen .My money is on Xmas 30p next Xmas 60p

For anyone seriously interested IR will tell you the GE asset has to be transferred into this new company it HASNT as yet been transferred THEN it needs legally 30 days before completion can take place
