We've already touched 28p, so I think 30p would be a significant underestimate. I think the 78p valuation is reasonable. Obviously with the Chinese buying up all the commodities priced in USD with them stockpiling, we may end up much much higher.

What I am trying to say is there won't be trading on the way up (which I am correct in saying), you will be able to sell or buy, but only at just below the offer price. Or if a further offer comes in, same again. I half suspect UBS are narrowing down the bidders and the BOD will make a recommendation (if a full co sale), although again only my opinion.

Yeaah if 7am RNS you might be able to trade the 5% between the market and offer price. (yay?)

That is the question. You won't have the opportunity to buy in when an offer is announced, there will be no trading, it will just be who owns the shares gets the cash. Position yourselves better at your own risk but at this stage I can't draw myself to sell a bean. Remember the fundamentals, remember an II recently bought £10m @22.5p, remember ber all the parties EUA are working with to reach a good outcome for everyone. I think we are on the last leg now, no one ever said the journey would be easy.

If there is anyone selling below placing price then you are either desperate for cash, haven't done your research or just a broken lightbulb. Sh's will be rewarded in the not too distant future imo.

When a sale is announced, you won't be able to buy. The price will just be 5% lower than the offer price, if the BOD recommends we accept a final offer, that's what I will vote for. If there is potential for multiple offers then I'll hold out.

If there wasn't a very high likelihood of a sale then Sinosteel would have been excuted long ago. Not long to wait now.
