Offer is announced and the SP re-rates and there is comments on here like "I was hoping to get back in" or " I had XXXXX shares on X day if only I had held them I would have £XXXXX" .. the BOD doesn't care what your agenda is, it only cares about getting the best value possible for current shareholders. EUA has proved naysayers and shorters wrong time and time again and shareholders will have the last laugh. SP's dont travel up in a straight line.. unless an offer is announced, which can happen at anytime now.

Just remember, it won't be anyone else's fault if you miss out here. No one will care that you got nervous or listened to the naysayers, all that will matter is the amount of shares you own when the offer comes through. I've said it before but if the market understood the value here then we wouldn't have been 0.5p for so long. The true value of EUA is yet to be discovered. Months into a FSP and you have done your research, hold tight, not long to go.

The RNS should have just said. "There is no leak".
Everything that we are used to seeing on dog AIM shares don't apply here. Had a nice top up this morning and looking forward to sale announcement, few days, a few weeks. It doesn't matter, only how many $billions.

The buyer is not buying on the open market as all potential bidders have agreed not to do so. Please read the RNSs.

This is not a bad RNS. It will give a opportunity for LTH and people who actually understand what's going on to accumulate. Making the shares stickier and higher highs likely. Not too long now. DYOR.

To me it just says "we've not sold quite yet and there is no leak, its just people looking at our fundamentals ans realising how undervalued we are".

Imagine selling friday afternoon at 34p then RNS lands on Monday for £1+++ how gutted would you be. I don't even need to consider it thankfully! Getting very close now imo.
