No - they won't have an opportunity to buy (well maybe 5% below offer price). Selling in 17's is just madness IMO. Could be waiting a few months or a few days, all I know I am not risking being out in any way at this stage.

II's don't invest such large sums at market price (then 22.5p) unless they have done their research and are confident of a great return. All my beans staying put.

I have no intention of selling until I am recommend an offer. It takes how long it takes but I am very encouraged by today's RNS. Dmitry and James don't mess about with small deals and a deal can come at any time now. Once AGM resolutions have passed I'm that confident that I'll be switching off until next RNS. CBA with any games.

Anyone thinking that we are going to sell 15M to 40M oz of PGMs (mainly Pd) for £500m needs to have a word with themselves.

That presentation is amazing and quite frankly I don't know how the SP is still so low given today's RNS. Only a waiting game now. Who wants to miss out on 40M oz of PGMs targeted?

Exactly, we entered into a FSP from a position of strength, out of choice, to maximize shareholder value, not because we are on our legs with few options, far from it. II's investing at 22.5p during FSP is about as big a buy signal as I can expect to see.

Saying that the likelihood of a sale is good (being in an FSP with a very competent board and great assets and multiple interested parties) is not ramping. It's just stating the obvious. If there was no FSP and no clear intention to sell assets or the company then I might agree. This doesn't need to be ramped and I'd much prefer if people just read the RNSs and made their own decision so we have predominantly well informed holders. Looking forwards to hearing some answers to SH questions. GLA.

Gecko, I am pretty certain you are correct. Although Covid has impacted things, I think the FSP is just a shout out "any more for any more?". Some serious negotiating over a long period of time with multiple interested parties has to ensure a great outcome for shareholders.

PP although you are correct, you have listened to the interview where Dmitry stated (Paraphrase without getting his exact words) for the VTB and CITIC RNS it is a standard clause any NOMAD would insist upon. However that investors should look at the assets and the size of the banks involved and recent deals and make their own decision. Well, I have definitely made my own decision.

This has been covered many times but it depends on if it's a cash offer in full. If so, the share price will re-rate to a few % below the offer price which anyone can sell at but there may be more to come if that's not a final offer / bidding war.

These people selling at 19p must be really desperate for cash given we are 12 weeks into FSP, or must be some rainbow to compete with EUA :S

Its just a misreporting of buys and sells on the website, the sells are on the ask side of the mid price and so showing as buys, still quite low volume. yesterday's N/T at 21p might be an attempt to make EUA look stagnant or going down daily when actually its stuck in quite a tight range. Looking forwards to getting AGM out of the way on Friday and hopefully hearing some responses to SH questions.

The way I see it is the longer this goes on, the higher chance of a great outcome. PGMs price strengthening, Sinosteel deal unexcuted (why would we waste a year if there was not a very real interest in our assets). Cashed up to help negotiating position, 12 weeks into a Formal Sale Proccess and SP 10% lower than the recent non-discounted placing. There really isn't more the company can do without making you physically press the buy button. Other people's impatience/ other priorities do not impact on the fundamentals.

When will Pt reach $1000 /oz that is a good question, likely to be the catalyst for a a further rise. Lets hope EUA are holding onto some inventory from WK until prices go higher.

Like the II's that bought £10m at 22.5p? Now that would boggle my mind. Impatience and profit taking is all that is going on here IMO. Both can be rectified in an instant.

Surprising this doesn't even keep up with the Pt/Rh or Pd prices to be honest. Remember, just because you are tired of waiting, doesn't mean this is any less of a phenomenal company with fantastic assets. The Mega RNS can land anytime and I highly suspect anyone selling in the low 19's will highly regret their decision in the not too distant future (unless of course the funds are needed to put food on the table!). It takes as long as it takes, the BOD has already told us what is happening, it's only matter of trust and patience now and I'm 100% confident the BOD will bring a great offer for all SH's.
