No ones denying it that funds are required as theres no meaningful revenue yet, but the costs as per report suggests a runway into early 25, there's still 4 months left before it becomes an imminent issue and even then its a common theme for it to go down to the wire.

The drop is due to the ii bailing (whoever that is), whether any news follows remains to be seen. My bet is on some meaty news dropping between now and year end for a higher SP and a much higher raise

But looking at your post history its doom and gloom everywhere, so i'll take with a pinch of salt

It’s not rocket science that they’re not profitable, I’ve never actually seen an ii bail due to imminent placing, most common reasons are internal (ie profit taking or of adjusting) and on the rare occasion they get out due to bad news. re placing : id say it’s unlikely considering what they have in pipeline - makes no sense to raise at these levels anyway

Good: explains the drop in price for months now and theoretically a ‘seller out’ bounce

Bad: Could mean they’ve lost confidence or have breached thresholds or risk requirements ahead of budget

Neutral: most of the times I find IIs know nothing more than wider market ie they sell before big rises and also buy before big drops (see Lombard buying just a few weeks ago )

Either way it’s priced in now and news is needed on progress which is more important than anything else

Indeed....the drop in SP doesnt mean they burn more cash,

nature of the beast in pharma anyway, what can you do - everyone selling now would be at a loss, so you either wait until news and decide either way or you take a cut....(still leaving a possibility a monster RNS arrives)

Volumes are low so wont take much to move back the other way
