epp has around £761,239 left (on average) left but spending is going to increase, so at some point (before christmas?) epp will likely drawn down an amount

no **** ? that’s the point of the facility

and no one’s ever said the facility will fund construction but it’s definitely enough until fid and they’ve mentioned in the interview that repayment will likely be from mesh revenues hence the 3 year maturity, it’s an unheard of deal for a nanocap aim co and essentially means anyone who wants in on the largest storage facility in the uk in a progreen labour government needs to buy in on open market

Discussions are also progressing with one of the world's largest developers of wind power which is expected to provide the MESH project with power under a long-term supply arrangement for the storage facilities and the production of green hydrogen. EnergyPathways is also engaged in discussions with one of the world's largest integrated oil and gas companies for the provision of long term gas storage capacity and long term gas and hydrogen supply as well as the provision of project development financing.

Fv is probably closer to 40-50m now if you consider what it takes to get a piece of the pie (no one can get in on a placing) as this funding has essentially lit the torch

Literally one of the best deals I’ve seen for a co at this stage, it’s interest on draw downs only and maturity when generating revenue - there literally must be a high chance of success otherwise why offer such deal
